Pros:

The person at the front desk.

Cons:

The loud people at late hours. The parents who refused to take care of their children after midnight. The super loud refrigerator. The uncomfortable bed. It wasnt good. I wont be back.

Bathroom door in first room wouldn't even close let alone lock, tv service didnt work on second day
Cons:

The breakfast was two thumbs down. There wasn't even orange juice or apple juice, only coffee which I don't drink or cranberry juice. I had a bagel and my company had a muffin and a coffee. It was very lack luster

I travel from Grand forks to here this was my second time being there me and my boyfriend enjoyed it
Pros:

Everything from customer service to the room and even the pool was good

Cons:

There really wasn't anything I didnt like

it was okay but wouldn't stay there again

The sofa was a nice touch for an extra bed and the beds were comfy

Cons:

The pool room was cold and the pool was freezing and the sauna was unavailable

Comfortable, quiet, clean, attentive.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and professional. Cleaning crew knows how to do their part, staff was awesome.
Room are great + CLEAN.

Cons:

I didnt find anything that I did not like.
