Nothing

Cons:

It was old moldy not very cleaned and the front desk staff was basically non present. We had to purchase sheets for the bed and towels to shower. Will definitely never stay again

Pros:

The closeness to The West Acres Mall

Cons:

The rooms were in poor condition. The first room had a broken toilet seat, so they moved us. The second room was way worst, door handle on bathroom door was very lose. The front door of the room was coming off a hinge, there for was crooked and you had to lift the door to get it closed.
Both rooms stunk like sewer. We had to buy room air freshener to try and get rid of the smell.
There was loud banging like a gun(I am sure it wasn't a gun, just sounded like that) outside or inside, all night. When you laid down on the bed, it made a strange noise.
The stay there was a nightmare. I would look eles where in Fargo to stay.

It was a fine and convenient place to stay.
Pros:

The location was great. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fine, except for the fact that the coffee maker was out of order.

Cons:

We were disappointed that the coffeemaker in the breakfast area was out of order. The phone did not work. The fridge was so frozen up and froze our pop.

Everything else was wonderful
Pros:

Breakfast was very disappointing

Cons:

Cereal was stale, juices tasted terrible and poorly marked. Some appliances not working or not working properly. The most disappointing for me ever from any hotel.

Pros:

Location was amazing, minutes away from everything!

Cons:

Property is very old and could use some TLC…rips and tears in the carpets…our bedding was clean but had stains and holes in sheets. No water available at breakfast.

Well I just drove 16 hours to get there I was tired and arrived a little before 3 and I knew the room was ready and I feel checking me in a less than an hour early should have been free so I had to wait to check in

Didn’t stay.
Cons:

I booked this property because it was pet friendly. Most facilities state whether they are dog only or no cat’s allowed on their websites. I drove 13hrs and was ready to get to my hotel and rest. I walked in and there was no one at the desk. I noticed a sign stating they only allowed dogs at this hotel. I had to ring a phone and wait for someone to come to the desk. When he asked for my name for the reservation, I asked about the pet policy because online it didn’t specify dogs only. He stated they don’t allow cats and they could not accommodate my stay. They told me to contact booking.com for my refund because he couldn’t help me.

Quiet hotel, nice staff. Needs upgrading and proper cleaning
Pros:

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Having the 2 queens and couch in one room was convenient

Cons:

Pull out bed had used bedding. The mattress itself was stained and dirty

Pros:

Location was perfect! Right off the highway. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Had to wait nearly 30 minutes for attendant to come to front desk to check us in. No one was at desk. No one answered phone.
