Great staff and stay
Pros:

Clean and a great place to relaxed with great books to browse through On certain days they had tea ceremony which was interesting Place was located near three subway lines which was convenient to take to explore other parts of the city quiet and close to tons of places to eat family mart and 7 Eleven close by

Cons:

Self laundry was not great clothes still damp after two hours A good self laundry mart near Mitsubishi garden hotel was great - 10-15 minute walk from hotel

Fabulous!
Pros:

Loved the location, it was close to many restaurants and bars but still felt quiet rather than the major chaos of the city. Loved the amenities and staff hosting a matcha demonstration and then a rainy day pop up with beverages and snacks was top tier!

Cons:

Room was incredibly small, the photo advertised was a little misleading and made the room look a lot larger… however, we could’ve chosen a larger room and paid more for it so it was still good for what it was.

Excellent, would stay here again for sure
Pros:

The staff couldn’t do enough for you, I have never been so impressed . Complimentary drinks and snacks in reception area a bonus we didn’t expect. It was clean and in a lovely area , not too busy .

Pros:

Location was really good and we liked loved the area
The staff we’re always very polite and professional

Cons:

The breakfast selection was never hot so the food was always warm so by the time you got to your table it was cold.

Nice selection of fresh fruit was always available
It would be better to have more Japanese traditional foods and less American and European choices. The danish pastry and breads were also not great quality. This was why we didn’t eat dinner in the restaurant

We felt the pillows were a little thin but that could be personal preference

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel, in dem vom Check In bis zur Abreise alles stimmte.
Pros:

Die Lage dieses sehr schön eingerichteten Hotels ist hervorragend. Es liegen zwei U-Bahnstationen in der Nähe, die man in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Zum Tokyo Tower sind es nur etwa 10 Gehminuten und auf dem Weg liegt auch noch der Zojo-ji Tempel.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Auswahl ist groß und alles ist sehr lecker. Noch besser als das die gute Lage und das tolle Frühstück sind die Mitarbeiter des Hotels. Sie haben den Aufenthalt zu einem großatigen Erlebnis werden lassen. Meine Freundin hatte während unseres Aufenthalts dort Geburtstag und wir haben im Hotel ein wirkliches japanisches Essen bestellt. Auch das war klasse und ein Erlebnis für uns Japanneulinge. Die KellnerInnen haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert :-) Als Überraschung konnte man einen einen Dessertteller mit `Happy Birthday-Schriftzug´ und dazu Sekt und ein Geburtstagskärtchen bestellen, was alles sehr liebevoll angerichtet war.

Quarto confortável e grande para os padrões japoneses, equipe atenciosa, café da manhã excelente.

Cons:

Não limparam os quartos todos os dias com a famosa desculpa “eco friendly”. Poderiam ao menos recolher o lixo e arrumar as camas.

Pros:

Very convenient to multiple trains, including connections to the Haneda airport.
We were upgraded and our room was huge.
Staff was so kind and helpful. They had multiple events while we were there, which included a free sake tasting and morning mimosas. Snacks and coffee available 24/7.
