Really lovely staff! Close to Daimon, Zojoji & Tokyo Tower.
Pros:

Staff were really kind and helpful, we were able to check in slightly earlier and staff helped us to book a taxi to the airport. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to Daimon, the Tokyo Tower and Zojoji.

Cons:

There are only 2 washing machines for the entire hotel, so it's very difficult to get your laundry done.

The water feature in the lobby smells stale.

Un très bel hôtel, très bien équipé et situé avec un personnel incroyable.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, dans un quartier calme mais où l'on trouve facilement des restaurants le soir à pieds ect, et les stations de métro sont à proximité. Le personnel est très gentil et très serviable, toujours très souriant. Les équipements sont tops, le hall de l'hôtel est magnifique et spacieux, et les chambre très propres. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel et nous remercions tout le personnel pour ça.

Cons:

Je ne mets pas la note de 10 car nous avons demandé à l'hôtel d'organiser le transfert de nos bagages vers notre prochain hôtel à Osaka et la valise de ma femme a été envoyé dans le mauvais hôtel, elle a du rester 3 jours sans ses affaires, ce qui nous a engendrer des frais supplémentaires et du stress.

Prettig hotel op een rustige locatie en toch dicht bij diverse metrostations, izakaya en Tokyo Tower. Perfecte locatie om de stad te ontdekken. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, het hotel was schoon en netjes. De kamers waren ruim (voor Japanse begrippen) en keurig schoon. Het was s nachts ook rustig, heerlijk geslapen voor 3 nachten. Prima ontbijtbuffet.

Warm and welcoming hotel that felt very homelike. Would strongly recommend this hotel.

Warm and welcoming hotel. The staff greeted us every time we entered. The setting provided little extras like coffee and water at all times. The light snacks were also available.
There were extras like a tea ceremony, tour of the shrine and concert.
