OK place to stay, but not the best of the five hotels we stayed in in Japan
Pros:

The hotel itself is in a great location and easy to find.
The inside is beautiful and so interesting with the different books in the lobby and on each floor.
Very clean and had everything we needed.

Cons:

The hotel is lovely but had a funny sulfur smell in the lobby. It was quite off-putting.

The staff was helpful about some things, like amenities, but when it came to our first night in Japan when we could hardly see straight, the staff were not very forthcoming with food ideas. They gave us a pre-printed list of restaurants, not all nearby. It took a lot of time to go through and figure out what and where they were. In the end a Google search proved more helpful. It would have been more helpful if they sat with us and told us what was opened at the time and what we could walk to.

Breakfast buffet was fine. Not very interesting/tasty compared to other breakfasts we had during our stay in other hotels in Japan. A bit disappointing actually.

It’s was ok but would pick something closer to Tokyo city
Pros:

The room was a good size. It was close to subway. It was close to Tokyo tower.

Cons:

The breakfast was not great at all. It’s too far away from main attractions for Tokyo. Took ages on the trains.

Solicite con anticipacion un ramo de flores, el cual me parecio de buena relacion calidad precio, y supero por todo mis expectativas, el personal siempre fue muy amable, e hicieron todo lo posible por que estubieramos comodos durante nuestra estancia, me ayudaron con el transporte al aeropuerto de regreso, y a conseguir tours fuera de lo programado. muy atentos en todos los aspectos. adenas esta muy cerca de la torre Tokio y se ve espectacular.

Beautiful hotel, great location
Pros:

Really great location, not far from 2 metro stations. Yet on a nice quiet street. Beautiful inside and love the libraries on each floor. Amenities were gorgeous and bed was super comfortable!

Pros:

How close everything was, rooms were very clean and a lot of attention to detail, the friendly staff when we checked in very late in the evening! Thankyou so much!

Cons:

The only thing would be the rooms were abit small for two people, especially for our luggage. No chrome cast!

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und für uns optimal, da wir uns so gleich am Morgen stärken konnten.

Das Hotelpersonal war immer zur Stelle, wenn wir sie brauchten. Auch aufgrund des Taifuns kurzfristig einen Tag länger zu bleiben war ohne Probleme möglich.

Wir fanden es sehr schön eingerichtet und haben die gemütliche Atmosphäre genossen.
Die ganzen Bücher auf den Etagen waren natürlich schön anzusehen.
