Great place to stay in downtown
Pros:

Great location, very comfortable room. Food and service at Cafe One is excellent. Shane was very attentive, friendly and welcoming!

Pros:

Fully accessible room was spacious and well equipped. The king bed was comfortable and the climate control worked well. Our room was on the interior side of the property and reasonably quiet.

Cons:

Low sill on shower allowed adjacent floor to get wet, a possible hazard in an accessible unit depending on occupant's degree of mobility.

It was fine…
Pros:

Hotel was good but not exceptional. Concierge staff very good, professional and checking in staff ok and didn’t go on above and beyond.

Did the job for a 24 hour stop in Vancouver. Uber very easy and good value but also walked a lot as well.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a central location. Breakfast at Cafe One was delicious and Shane is an excellent server giving us local recommendations and genuinely brightening our morning!

Great but cleaningness
Pros:

The view was great, where ever we wanted you to go were not far way from the hotel.

Cons:

The fridge wasn’t clean at all. There was leftover food from the previous stay and it was covered with bacteria. I wasn’t even sure that the room was cleaned at all and bedsheets were changed at all as well.

Best Wall experience I have ever had thus far!
Pros:

I’ve been at The Wall several times and this was BY FAR the best experience I have had at your Bar One lounge. Renato was super helpful and very friendly. All that you need when you are on the road away from home.

Lovely Dinner
Pros:

We just had the most amazing dinner at the restaurant! Food was great, and Ana, our waitress was super helpful and Nice! She really made our night better! Thank You Ana Davile for a wonderful service! Will be back soon!
