El personal siempre atento a cualquier consulta que requerimos.

Our room configuration. Laid out with two Double Beds. The Bathroom door light woke people up while sleeping because the door was angled towards the beds. Poor design configuration. Our room was not serviced. Room 1704

ホテル前は夜になるとイルミネーションで綺麗でした。デパートやカナダブランドのルルレモン、アークテリクス、ルーツ、MACなどに買物に行くには便利でした。ホテルはとても綺麗で部屋の広さもありとても良かったです。

Cons:

駅から徒歩で10分から15分、近いと言えば近いのですが、少し坂道で…荷物があるとちょっと疲れます。

Cons:

The hotel has 2 towers which are interconnected but by a long walk. It would have been better if the hotel told us which tower before we arrived. It was a long trek with baggage. The room we had was an awkward inconvenient shape especially when we had a couple in to share a pre dinner drink.

Excellent Hospitality,
Pros:

Rooms were great, good beds and pillows. Service personnel were very cordial and courteous. Excellent Hospitality from all staff. Will certainly come again. Club Lounge offered excellent snacks and special mention of the staff there that made guests feel at home.
