Room was spacious and very nice equipped, greta views on 21st floor. quite confortable. Big hotel with many amenities.
It makes almost zero sense that in year 2026 a hotel that charges more than USD 400 per night has a complicated system and interface to connect to High Speed Internet. Forcing to connect to the hotel prefered program. Included breakfast for CAD 35 each was limited to the buffet, cappucino or other than Americano cofffe is paid extra.
The Club Lounge was good. Lots of hard surfaces though made it a little uninviting and it could use a second coffee machine.
The lifts foyer and the whole foyer were suboptimal , at leas in the North tower.

Love this hotel. We have stayed there before. It is in the center of town - walkable to anywhere you want to go (within 15-20 minutes walk). We are Marriott Titanium members so we were able to use the new lounge which is very nice. Great views of the city and yummy appetizers and a great breakfast. Sodas and waters available all day. The staff was super nice and their restaurant on site has a great breakfast buffet. We got discounts to a bike shop in town and rode around Stanley Park. They have a nice pool and gym. We went on a cruise and were able to walk to the loading dock with our suitcases. Perfect in every way.
Terrific view with a wall of windows. The staff was excellent.
The balcony was dirty and the room was somewhat run down for the price.

Proximity to local attractions but drug dealing, homeless people who were high on weed detracted from our stay.
The beds are king single by Australian standards. My husband and i kept falling out of bed.
