Nice hotel but....
Pros:

Very nice and comfortable

Cons:

On checking in they said they needed a credit card to pre authorise it for my room. What they didn't tell me is that they took a payment of $184.. When I spotted it on my credit card account i asked for it to be refunded but I had to wait until i checked out and then it would be a further 7 days. I find this very cheeky to take such a large amount and was so annoyed I.mafe a point of NOT spending anything at the hotel

good hotel, somewhat generic, great location
Pros:

great location. check-in was efficient.

Cons:

inadequate breakfast infrastructure - huge line waiting for a table. in room coffee was gross and plastic packaging-ridden. welcome e-mails advised me to use their app for check-in but no booking reference was provided so I couldn't use the app for that or other amenities. No option to check out non-contact or electronically.

I liked the cleanliness and the hygiene maintained at the hotel.

Cons:

I had requested for late check-in and it was approved, however when we arrived, all the doors were locked and no access was possible, also there was no staff present at the check-in desk. I had to walk around the building and look for someone, when no one showed up I had to call the hotel and then staff showed up. This was an unpleasant experience due to the wait time..

Another thing is regarding breakfast vouchers, when I booked the room it showed breakfast was included with the room. The room was booked for 3 guests, but vouchers were given only for 2 guests which was a bizarre experience and I had to pay additional for my child. Receptionist mentioned Sheratoj had nothing to do with it and this was booking.com's misinterpretation.

Uma estadia excelente.
Pros:

Excelente localização, andávamos muito a pé, perto de tudo. Existem muitos lugares próximos para tomar café da manhã. O hotel é limpo, organizado, quarto muito bom. Tem estacionamento mas é pago.

Great hotel for all in Downtown Vancouver
Pros:

The Wall Centre is a hotel my family and I have been staying at for years - and they always get it right. It’s a great stay every time, and this time was no exception. The staff are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, food is tasty (and I love the convenience of having a Starbucks on the property!). Location is pretty central and close to everything in the downtown core. Our server at Cafe One for breakfast, Shane, was very nice and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!
