Great breakfast and the lady running was very helpful.

Very outdated hotel. Shower had hair in it. Toilet is too low to the ground. Breakfast sucks with little options. No one working to replenish food either.

Great place to stay in Clarksville. Wonderful breakfast each morning. Very accommodating to the motorcyclists and off-roaders.

Front desk staff was rude provided no instructions had to find our room on our own. Dirty towels not replaced ask for more they said they were out because people in the pool got them all when there were pool towels available at the pool. I was very disappointed. Doubt I will ever stay at a Hampton Inn again.

Excellent level of service from Autumn at the front desk. Room was as described, and price is still a value.

The hotel has comfortable beds. The pool was pretty dirty on the bottom. We got stuck on the elevator for about 30 minutes and were late for my daughters baccalaureate. The front desk lady was very apologetic and even gave me a gift card.

I was annoyed that they asked for a credit card to charge a $50 deposit for incidentals. No other hotel has done this, and I don't like the hotel making more money off me by pulling this ba stunt. I have another reservation here in 5 days, so they'll have $100 of my money making them a tidy sum on interest just by doing this to every customer.

Pros: Easy access off highway.

Cons: AC not working properly.
Mold in bathroom.
Was told $50 total pet fee over the phone, at arrival was advised it is $50 per pet.

Its clean safe , quiet , friendly and all around super plusss , warm pool and great breakfast

This has always been my go to hotel when in the area. This trip I found my room #135 to not feel clean. The toilet was dirty and found hair in the shower. The office chair in my room was completely worn out and The chairs in the lobby were not much better. This stuff isn’t a deal breaker but this location could do better!

It was a very nice hotel in the area. Breakfast was good, i also like that they had snacks and coffee in the night. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable.

This was a great place to stay. There were special treats for the holidays. The staff was friendly. The indoor pool was wonderful and just the right temperature. Good breakfast as well.

The check in clerk was wonderful. This hotel accepts pets so you can tell they have cleaned well, hence the cleaning product smell. We stayed for the night and enjoyed the hot breakfast the next morning. Would definitely stay there again if in the area. State trooper headquarters is about 800 feet away so the area felt very secure as well

Overnight stay for a long road trip. The hotel is nice and the breakfast was great. They have taken the breakfast to the extra mile. The room was a little dated and the bed very firm and not as comfortable as I had expected for a Hampton Inn bed.
