Kind staff at desk and breakfast

Excellent service
Everything was great
Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had good options. Staff were very accommodating with our late check in.
I was in town for the EchoPark Speedway weekend and got caught in the hotel's dynamic pricing, paying a premium rate for what should have been a budget hotel.
After leaving the Saturday race, I pulled into the parking lot and immediately had déjà vu. After checking my travel list, I realized I'd actually stayed here a few years ago after Talladega. Then the dread set in—I remembered exactly why I didn't enjoy it the first time.
The front desk wasn't particularly welcoming, and when I got to my room, I was hit with a strong chemical smell. Since the race wasn't until Sunday night, I planned on relaxing in the room for most of the day. Unfortunately, housekeeping had other plans. They knocked on my door three times in less than five minutes. I answered each time, yet they kept coming back. Eventually, I gave up and left. Considering the condition of the room, I wasn't convinced they were in much of a cleaning mood anyway.
The biggest issue, though, was the price. I redeemed 22,000 Hilton Honors points and still had to pay $159 for one night. For a room in this condition, that's incredibly hard to justify.
I've stayed at a lot of Hilton properties over the years, and paying premium prices for hotels that feel neglected is getting old. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. This hotel won't be getting a third chance.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was very clean and the grounds looked good.
The room had carpet and fabric chairs that looked dated and not clean. The A/C unit had a very musty odor blowing through. Not the standard I expected from a Hampton Inn.
Very close to restaurants and outlet
The Commodes were too low to floor for seniors that have bad knees and back. Also the TV channels tucked. They could have had antenna stations would have been better.
Nothing
It was dirty and smelly
Friendly staff! Especially Paige
Location and enough parking spaces
Wall had a hole and shower nobe and drain was broken
Location, nice room after 3rd change. Grounds were so, so.
Beds seemed old, not real comfy. Breakfast buffet was missing biscuits & gravy, as advertised. Coffee not in buffet line. Thought room was over priced.
