The location is excellent - right in downtown Moncton, with cafés and restaurants literally just across the street. The view from the window was also great, overlooking the city. The staff at reception were very friendly, and the breakfast team was professional and polite. We didn’t have time to try the pool, but judging by everything else, it should be decent.
The price feels a bit high for what you get. While the hotel is in a prime location, the building and rooms are clearly not the newest anymore. Things like the air conditioning, lobby, and furniture feel somewhere between “classic” and “this probably belongs in the attic.” It’s not terrible, but it definitely shows its age.
Le personnel à l'accueil et au restaurant ne sont pas bilingues, c'est à dire qu'on a pas obtenu un service en français, une des deux langues officielles du Nouveau-Brunswick.
It's near restaurants
The price was costly and you would think for the amount you pay the parking would be included, not charged daily, and when you have 3 people you do expect extra sheets and pillows in the room.
A nice clean location
The pillows are very insubstantial.
Location
The pool was cloudy
Easy check in
Room was way to far from the elevator, room was very dusty and outdated for the price. Added touch was the small black hair in the tub.
The area
The cost of parking. It should be included in the hotel price. Young kids running in the halls at 7 am. For 1 hour no parents.
I went to the Spa so it was in the same building and downtown so close to all different restaurants
I find it’s a little pricey for that time of year and it’s not new either
Everything! Very clean, friendly staff, and perfect location!
