Room was way to far from the elevator, room was very dusty and outdated for the price. Added touch was the small black hair in the tub.

Ils n’ont pas honoré notre réservation avec booking.com adéquatement et nous on charge des frais supplémentaire s sans nous avoir avertie. On nous a argumenter alors que nous avions nos preuves de réservation et de déjeuner inclus. Ils ont refuser le rabais employé du gouvernement du Canada, ils ont charger le stationnement sans nous avisé des frais et nous offrir le choix. La personne responsable a refuser tout resplnsabilites et l’employé nous a manqué de respect.
