They don’t have soundproof rooms
In a city like Moncton, New Brunswick, it is unacceptable that there were no French-speaking staff members at the reception desk.
Location and the staff was very accomodating.
The risk of having items stolen from our car I. The outside lot.
Personnels courtois, le bar est bien.
Le resto n'est pas accueillant. Nous avons été victime de vandalisme sur notre véhicule. Des gens ont découpé la toile de notre camion pour voir à l'intérieur.
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. For example, We checked into an accessible room to only find one chair for 2 people. We requested a second chair twice, but was told that that room only comes with one chair. There was no table to sit at to enjoy any kind of beverage or meal.
The room was very basically decorated with no appealing features. No view of the window other than office buildings. No photos or pictures on the wall to show the beauty of the province and/or city. There was only a duvet on the bed, no blankets to select level of warmth or coolness.
Overall, this hotel is not of the high standard of other Delta hotels in Prince, Edward island or Halifax, for example.
Perfect downtown location it was close to everything
It was very loud in the hotel and very early in the morning there was a lot of banging around from trucks
LOVE The Delta Beauséjour in Moncton! This was our third time staying here and it never disappoints! Checkin is smooth, thank you to Tania and to Sukki at front desk for being so efficient and attentive to our needs! Honestly the staff is so welcoming! Service with a smile always! We were upgraded to a premium newly renovated King room #744 with a view of the river. LOVED that room! Love the bathroom too! Bed is extremely comfortable and it made our 4 night stay that much more relaxing! The Delta is very well situated with many places to eat within walking distance! There is a restaurant on site with a bar/lounge! Food is excellent and cocktails are super! Love the bartenders! We ended each evening at the bar. We were hoping to see Gigi whom we met last year, she’s a gem but was away on vacation this time! We were very happy to see Pierre again, another gem! And this year we made the acquaintance of Timothy another superb bartender with a great personality !
Can’t go wrong there! This hotel also has a lovely indoor pool with a water slide, fitness facility and a spa! Having lounge access was also an added bonus for us! There was a plate of sweet goodies waiting for us at our arrival, thanking us for our loyalty! Nice touch! For us, this Delta is definitely a big favorite! LOVED our stay once again!
Lit super confortable, bien situé avec resto autour personnels sympathique.
Une seule borne de recharge niveau 2 pour un hôtel de cette taille, stationnement 20$ assez cher, le stationnement publique a côté est beaucoup plus abordable, deco des chambres vraiment vieillotte.
