Excellent choice for our stay in Zurich! Would stay here again.
Pros:

Central location is excellent for walking and for close transportation. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

A bit noisy due to construction in progress but nothing else.

Very disappointing
Pros:

An excellent location for walking, public transport and dining. The breakfast staff were very attentive, breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I booked a river view room wanting to make our last two days in Switzerland special. What I got was a poky attic. ( with hindsight I can see from our conversation that the receptionist knew what she was giving us, we didn’t) On booking I asked for a high floor and expected something similar to the photos. Instead half of our room had a low sloping ceiling, was unusable and claustrophobic. 20m of floor no doubt but that is deceptive as it’s not usable space. The window was half the advertised size because of the roofline. This room should be cheaper than the standard but it was more expensive. False advertising, unfair pricing, poor value. Don’t go to level 6.
The photos show that the shower is over the bath but they can’t show you how difficult this one is. A very high step into a slippery bath trying to dodge a fixed glass screen and with no grab rails. Okay for some but I was worried that we’d slip and injure ourselves.

Zurich est une ville magnifique, mais il y a trop de travaux (à l’hôtel comme en ville)
Pros:

Chambre propre et emplacement vraiment idéal. Personnel aimable et compréhensif.

Cons:

Le travaux (surtout la perceuse) à 8h20 le premier jour et vers 8h50 le deuxième. Je pense qu’avec un peu d’organisation, il serait possible de faire les travaux bruyants entre 10h et 19h. Les gens viennent aussi pour se reposer…

I have arrived very late and tired and when i wanted to sleep i have noticed a very bad smell on the bed, seems not cleaned bed. i have informed the reception about it next day.
