Ottima base per la visita di Verona e dintorni
Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione appena fuori il centro di Verona, con comodi posti auto sia in strada vicino all'ingresso sia all'interno di un parcheggio chiuso con cancello automatico. Inoltre fermata dell'autobus a 2 minuti a piedi, e stazione dei treni raggiungibile in circa 7 minuti di bus.
Camera comoda con aria condizionata, e dotata di tutti gli essenziali. Ottima anche la comunicazione e la fase di check.-in.
Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Consigliato soprattutto per chi ha la macchina e vuole una base fuori dal centro, ma anche chi vuole visitare Verona a piedi può sfruttare la fermata bus.

Casualità sfortunata
Pros:

L hotel nel complesso non e male , la camera superior è una bella stanza con un letto kingsize arredata bene ,con uno stile molto moderno. La posizione è strategica ,tra il centro e l imbocco della superstrada che porta al casello autostradale . Il parcheggio privato é distaccato dall hotel ma cmq a poche decine di metri. La stanza e dotata di tutto il necessario.

Cons:

Arrivati ( viaggiamo con un bambino di 2 anni quindi con annesso passeggino ecc) purtroppo non é presente un ascensore e la camera assegnata era al piano superiore , entrati nella stanza purtroppo nell sollevare le salviette troviamo le lenzuola sporche , che prontamente avvisato il personale ci vengono cambiate. Dopo un paio d ore nonostante avessimo attivato il condizionatore al massimo poiché nella stanza c era molto caldo appena entrati , notiamo che la temperatura aveva raggiunto i 28.5 gradi ed il condizionatore continuava ad essere attivo. Ci rivolgiamo nuovamente alla reception per invitarla in camera a controllare , dopo i primi controlli ci viene risposto che era il massimo che potevano fare....solo dopo una presa di posizione un po' decisa ,vengono chiamati i tecnici, che intervengono prontamente e solo alle 20.40 si ripristina l' impianto ,( che risultava bloccato non solo nella nostra camera.) per il resto , sono cose che possono capitare...probabilmente siamo stati sfortunati noi ...e forse si sarebbe potuto gestire meglio l' approccio finale con il conto complessivo. Ma va bene così.

Pros:

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Although the hotel is at the street the room was quiet and we didn't hear any noises. The hotel has private parking, only 2min away from walking.

- there was no gym anymore, the pictures are older :)
