The welcome reception in the evening was very nice. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options.

A 5 minute warning that the breakfast bar was closing so you could refill the coffee cup.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. chef cooked omelet as you like it. Fresh vegetable and fruits. plenty to choose from.
Did rain and was cold during our stay, but didn't stop the kids from taking a dip in the hot tube and swimming pool.
Plenty of space in the room, exactly as pictures.

Felt like a glorified Super 8 rather than an Embassy Suited.
Pros:

Location to what we wanted

Cons:

For an Embassy Suite it lacked what we have come to know about Embassy Suited. Seemed like it was rundown. Felt like the one working elevator was on its last leg and want sure if it would faulter.

Servicio y atención mala, la taza del baño no estaba bien fijada, así que se venía encima, tiene un olor a tubería y la puerta se nos dañó y tuvieron que cambiar todo el cerrajero, por lo cual tuvimos que esperar como hora y media en que terminaran de arreglarla, y el día de hoy nos hicieron un cargo extra por $89 usd y no me supieron explicar y tampoco lo reembolsan
