Terrible Example of a Marriott Hotel
Pros:

The worst example of a Marriott hotel I have ever experienced. Our hotel room was sub standard , we paid for a deluxe and the room we were allocated was of a very basic standard , €380 per night across five nights - room only.
Dirty air conditioning grills in room , heavy duty marks on the wooden floor , hotel pool is not a pool , its a whirlpool .
Avoid this hotel at all costs , made a complaint at reception , management made no effort to engage throughout our stay .

大満足です。
Pros:

朝食会場からの眺めが素晴らしく、メニューも充実していました。部屋は清潔で設備も新しい。アメニティも満足できるものでした。宿泊者が利用できる10階テラスから夜景も眺めるができます。港に近くカプリやアマルフィへ船でアクセスするのもよい。飲食店やスーパーも近くにありとても便利です。もちろん従業員の方も皆さん親切できちんとされてました。

Cons:

他の部屋のことはわかりませんが、毎日歩き疲れていたので、バスタブがあればさらに良かったです。

La piscina es mínima y con agua caliente en pleno verano!
El sistema para llamar a los ascensores es muy particular y no funciona del todo bien

World-Class Hotel and Service in the Heart of Napoli!

As always you took such good care of us! The location is amazing - right in the heart of NapolI! Love walking around the car-less streets up the hill from the hotel and experiencing the local vibe and energy!

The rooftop bar and restaurant is breathtaking!!

Unparalleled Service: After travelling to Capri from Naples I realized I had forgotten something in my room at Mediterraneo. My Capri concierge contacted their concierge and the next day my item appeared at my hotel in Capri with a kind note from Mediterraneo saying they were able to avoid postal service and send with their courier to the island. I will never forget this!!! That is world class service!!!!
