Pros:

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel for making our trip so memorable. Special thanks to Marco, Marina, and Sabrina—they were incredibly helpful and responsive to all our needs. It was thanks to their dedicated assistance that our "shaky" day trip to Capua was successfully carried out. We weren't at all sure we could pull it off, but they made it happen.

The hotel’s location is also fantastic, right next to the Hall in a very safe area of Naples. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and you can even see the harbor. The breakfast was a highlight—the view is simply unbeatable, and the food selection was incredibly rich.

We truly hope to stay here again on our next visit to Naples!

Lovely Napoli
Pros:

The location of this hotel is great! And so is the service of the very friendly receptionists. I also liked the rooms. Not very special, bur just fine. The breakfast venue has a gorgeous view but the ladies who work there won[t be caught smiling, I tell you that. ;-)
We stayed longer than expected because our flight was cancelled four times due to snow in Holland (where we were going). This didn't help to build a relationship with the breakfast ladies.They kept they cool until the very end. :-)

Gorgeous Hotel
Pros:

First, the hotel is spotless and clean and the rooms are huge. Second, the views are amazing. Third, the staff makes you feel so welcome and are personally invested in making sure you have the best experience possible.

The location could not be better if you are looking to hop a ferry to an island for a day.

Also, the art, we had the luck to see the #couredinapoli piece in the lobby and it still has my imagination captured days after leaving. This is a wonderful hotel.

Pros:

Great hotel stay in Naples. Great location. We were able to walk everywhere during our stay in Naples. This hotel has Clean rooms and a lovely upstairs terrace for breakfast. A typical Italian breakfast- Just to note parking cost €35. Welcoming staff and a nice lobby.
