In town for coaching a volleyball tournament stopped in the Westin for a few drinks and Troy provided the best service a patron can ask for! 11/10 service would absolutely recommend! Make sure you stop by and see Troy for your beverage needs!
Convenient to the convention center, literally right across the street. Can't get any closer than that.
Check in was a breeze and was able to accommodate some of our request. The room was smaller than I expected, but we had the garden view room. The beds were so comfortable. Clean and very quiet most of the time.
The Club Lounge didn't have a variety of food, but still enough. The staffs there were amazing and always helpful. Felt welcomed every time we went there.
Will def. Stay there again if we have event at the convention center.

The hotel was absolutely stunning and accommodating in every way! The building is so beautiful and well maintained, and there’s something for everyone. We arrived in the late evening and didn’t get a chance to explore the hotel, but we walked to an Indiana Fever game and came back to have some drinks at the bar downstairs.
The bar was very lively and the staff were so friendly. We arrived at 11pm so the kitchen was closed, but our server Michael B. was a life saver. He went out of his way to see if there was a way we could get food at that time. He actually took some photos of the food options from the market and was able to secure us a club sandwich and some fresh fruit! We sincerely appreciated his kindness and thoughtfulness. He is a true gem and the epitome of customer service.

The Westin Lounge has been extremely disappointing. There is no effort to make sure it is a good experience for your Marriott members. Water bottles are gone by 10am and never replaced until dinner. Trash is overflowing onto the floor throughout the day, all the snacks are taken and never restocked. There has been no effort to restock or make any attempt to service it throughout the day.

The staff from top to bottom is excellent! The rooms are comfortable and clean. The concierge and porters are a joy.
Didn’t stay at the hotel but ate at the restaurant. Kaelynn was a fabulous waitress. She was helpful and kind. Recommended the French dip and it was amazing!! Not everyone has been so courteous on our trip here and this was refreshing to have her take care of us in such a great way.
