Mike B. waiter at the hotel restaurant is great. We look forward to seeing him every year. He knows how to make the guest feel welcomed. We are here every year for the NFL Combine. I love the Westin, their front desk employees , and our room. However, I dislike housekeeping. They kept skipping our room and I had to call everyd day for service and supplies. But, overall besides that out stay so far has been pleasant.
Yolan welcomed me to The Westin Indianapolis immediately upon entering the hotel. She had a smile on her face and a very pleasant demeanor as she directed me to her counter. Throughout the check-in process, Yolan was extremely gracious and welcoming … I was comfortably in my room 5 minutes after walking into the hotel!!!
I normally wouldn’t take the time to write a review, but Yolan was that impressive to me. It’s easy to see that Yolan takes pride in her job and works hard to make sure her guests feel special. Yolan was a breath of fresh air and represents “The Westin” brand to the highest standards possible.
I have always enjoyed staying at a Westin whether it be for business or personal travel. I was at a conference for a week in Indy and the entire staff was polite and very responsive. One staff member though stood out above the rest. Leslie at the Westin’s onsite restaurant and bar was the best. She was attentive and professional, but what separated her from the rest was her positive attitude and making my entire team feel at home. Usually after a week away from home you’re looking forward to getting back. Leslie I believe made that a little harder for everyone this time!

Check-in at the Westin was one of the best experiences I have ever had! Mr Lanang described additional amenities & closing times of those amenities. He also escorted us to the elevator and dropped I special Good Luck note for our Cheer Competition tomorrow! I highly recommend The Westin and will definitely come back!!!
Hands down the best Midwest hospitality we have ever experienced. We are visiting from the west coast and it was amazing to be treated with such kindness and respect by the staff but especially by Kenya Davis who went out of her way to make our dining experience more enjoyable.
Mike is awesome! When we stay at the Westin Indianapolis coming to 10 Hands is a must and seeing Mike is one of the highlights!!
We both commented on the warmth of the service from the curb through check in. We travel on business 20 weeks a year. We rate our experience with your staff exceptional. Big shout out to Nathan at check-in for working with us to handle some minor details. See you next year.

Great/friendly service with a smile. Food was fresh and priced well for a hotel. Purchased snacks/food daily on my 5 day stay.
I really wanted to sit at the bar to eat breakfast and watch the Tvs even though it was closed, few people said no, but RYTON stepped in and accommodated me and was very nice about it and respectful, as was I in my request. Lori was very nice, made my drink and great to talk with. This was definitely the hotel accommodations one hopes to expect and these made my experience worth hoping to run into them again
