Amazing stay. From the engineer who came immediately to fix the battery in the safe, to the restaurant that seated me in a quiet area when I wasn't feeling well, the customer service was exceptional. The best were the blue suit guy and his assistant that tracked down my lost jewelry and Michelle in the Club Lounge who was one of the best hostesses I've ever encountered. Overall, highly recommend this property if you are ever in downtown Indianapolis.

Here for a meeting, now stranded. My phone battery died and this hotel has no charging stations in it's lobby area.
Can't get an Uber/Lyft to get home. the front desk is not only unhelpful but they specialize in telling what they can't do instead of finding a way to be helpful.
I expected more from a Westin...
Indy is better than this and this hotel has lost it's way.
