Michael B was a great server. He made good recommendations an we were well taken care of.
I needed some help at the front desk and got Yolan as my guest services representative. She was amazing. Friendly knowledgeable took her time to really listen and was able to help me work my way through a very complicated reservation mix up that I had caused. I trust the Westin Indianapolis understands what an invaluable employee she is.
This is my first time here at the Westin, in Indianapolis. Yolan was super sweet and extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. My room is nice, spacious, and clean, and the view of the city is beautiful. I'm loving every minute here. Thanks so much for the hospitality.
Amazing stay. From the engineer who came immediately to fix the battery in the safe, to the restaurant that seated me in a quiet area when I wasn't feeling well, the customer service was exceptional. The best were the blue suit guy and his assistant that tracked down my lost jewelry and Michelle in the Club Lounge who was one of the best hostesses I've ever encountered. Overall, highly recommend this property if you are ever in downtown Indianapolis.

Here for a meeting, now stranded. My phone battery died and this hotel has no charging stations in it's lobby area.
Can't get an Uber/Lyft to get home. the front desk is not only unhelpful but they specialize in telling what they can't do instead of finding a way to be helpful.
I expected more from a Westin...
Indy is better than this and this hotel has lost it's way.
