We enjoyed our stay, but was just put off by the size of the room.
Pros:

Good location and very clean and modern motel.

Cons:

Initially given a very small room with a view of a rubble pit. After raising this with front desk we were given another room, it was still very small. So called “superior suite” was very small, a lot of money for such a small room.

Rotorua was a lovely place to stay though the accommodation seemed expensive.
Pros:

Everything was pretty good. Location suited me well as I was travelling by bus.

Cons:

The staff weren’t very knowledgeable about public transport options.

Please check the vent of Airconditioning in the room , it’s emitting little silver or dust fragments , coming from that

Excellent hotel, fabulous amenities and great staff
Pros:

We stayed here for three nights and I have to say do not look at the negative reviews or comments.
The location is great, breakfast is amazing, staff couldn’t do enough for us.
Rooms were clean and amenities were great.
Nothing like Lee was needed.
The concierge was amazing helping us with the bags, pool and jacuzzi was great.
I just cannot stop saying how great the place was. Loved it loved it loved it.

The loud bangs when the doors were shut. It would be good if they had a soft close, as we heard several loud bangs throughout the morning when people departed.

Cons:

The smell was dreadful from the lake and unfortunately was also in the room and I’m allergic to Sulphur. So my tongue swelled up and I couldn’t sleep at all due to the smell. And swelling

Fantastic hotel , lovely staff and excellent facilities.

Loved the beds.
Room and the beds were excellent. Also loved how clean everything was .

Staff superb.
Restaurant at the site was amazing too.

Cons:

Just the areas - not hotel fault had some break in issues with the cars.

Die Betten waren sehr bequem, Lage zur City, Aussicht auf den See

Leider erst am Abreisetag den Föhn gefunden. Er im Fach unter Garderobe neben den Safe. Keine Bademäntel, Latschen auf den Zimmer. Frühstück war für uns sehr schlecht. Kaum Auswahl und Kaffeespezialitäten mussten extra gezahlt werden 😞
