I liked being on the third floor so that we could take the fancy stairs from the lobby! The room was lovely. The staff were super nice! Our waitress for both mornings at Boathouse 400 was exceptional, she was so sweet and good at her job. Super nice river walk (2 miles) to Fenway! Overall, a great experience.
The Hilton system went down as I was checking in and this was after the Booking app had the wrong address for the location, which I stupidly copy and pasted, so it was frustrating to get there and be checked in. But Hilton handled the system being down very well and we got checked in pretty smoothly.
Breakfast was awful, and no one was responsible.
We booked a one bedroom suite and it was fine, at first. It was on the third floor, which had more foot traffic than other floors and near the elevators (although we did not hear much noise).
The real issue we had was a smoke detector that was mounted outside of the bathroom that would go off anytime someone showered (no idea why). The bathroom was also not vented (at all) which exacerbated the smoke detector issue and lead to other smelly situations. I informed management about this when we checked out and I do not know if it was remedied.
The roof top bar is a hidden gem and has a lovely view of the city. The hotel is in an awkward location, but is great for walking across the river to Harvard.

the location we were going to event at argannis arena property noted it was feet away but in reality it was over 2 miles
Value for money, and breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and the view of the river was very nice
The rooms were quite small and the location was difficult to get anywhere without a car, so we used taxis alot
The facilities and room were clean. The pool and hot tub were open and working. The hotel restaurant had a decent menu and they were able to accommodate our dietary needs.
Its pricey but to be fair, all if the hotels in the area are pricey.
The lady who helped me to check in was very nice
I came at 12 pm. It was too early to check in and left my luggage. The lady who took my luggage was so rude to me.
My room has an additional door, I think my room is divided to two parts and door in between closed. Some was trying to open it. My neighbors were very loud.
Lovely hotel , staff are always friendly. Rooms are huge, beds are comfortable.
No public transportation nearby, have to Uber to get anywhere.
