Pros:

The closeness to the Victoria Warehouse and multiple transactions. Bed was fairly comfortable.

Cons:

No aircon in rooms or anywhere in the hotel from what I could tell, so during the heatwave was very difficult to sleep and provide fan did nothing as windows don't open wide enough to allow hot air to escape or pull in cooler air. Rooms are quite outdated decor wise and I notice stains on parts of the bedroom and towels.

Pros:

Location was ok, room size ok

Cons:

Room stank of stale tobacco, was very dated decor, bathroom out of the 80's, some plug sockets didn't work, so I couldn't charge my phone by the bed. No air con and fan was noisy.

A good standard hotel with excellent staff, lovely breakfast and good transport links.
Pros:

The hotel is situated just across the road from a tram stop making it an ideal location. The staff were very courteous and attentive. The breakfast was delicious with a wide choice available and the food was hot.

Cons:

The hotel is a little tired in places such as the decor, fixtures and fittings of the bedroom and bathroom. Having said that, all areas were clean and it would definitely not us from choosing to stay again.
