Pros:

Good location which suited our visit

Cons:

The bedroom was old and needs updating. It was very hot weather there was no AC and a noisy fan kept us awake

Perfect location for what I needed, and fantastic staff and service :)
Pros:

The staff are genuinely brilliant - both times I've stayed they have gone above and beyond to assist me when it came to parking, either allowing me to stay a little later or providing me with secure parking for my motorcycle :) I can't fault the service! It has always been an excellent location for Radar festival too.

Cons:

The only real downside to the hotel is that the fixtures and furniture is a bit dated... It's still sufficiently clean, but it is looking a bit tired (I think the hairdryer in the bathroom might be older than me...!)

Pros:

proche de toutes les commodités, joli hotel, chambres propres et confortables, facile d'accès, personnel très agréable et toujours disponible

Cons:

Pas de brosse pour les toilettes !

Great stay overall and hope to come back soon!
Pros:

A great place to stay for the night for a concert we attended nearby and the view was nice from our window. Staff were brilliant and breakfast was incredible. Parking being included was handy too!

Perfect views , perfect location, staff are warm and friendly , clean
Pros:

The property always feels like home and the staff are very warm and friendly.

Me and my daughter attend multiple times a year and love the views and walk round the quays it’s perfectly located where everything you need is walking distance and Trafford centre is 15 minute drive.

It was my daughter’s birthday and the staff surprised her with a happy birthday plate and brownies on the side and balloons put up in our room.

Amazing hotel that I will forever go to at Salford quays
