Superb service
Pros:

I have complex dietary restrictions and Alex, food and beverage manager, rose to the challenge.
Hope, on reception, went above and beyond too.
This is my go to hotel for theatre trips.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay
Pros:

The hotel itself is in a great location, and my Quays-facing Club Room was absolutely fantastic — clean, spacious, and with a beautiful view that made the experience even more special.

The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. A special thank you to Roxy, the Breakfast Supervisor, who was incredibly polite, attentive, and welcoming every morning. Her warm attitude and professionalism really stood out and made my stay more memorable.

I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Tim Brown, the Front Office Manager, who assisted me during check-in. He ensured a smooth and pleasant arrival, upgraded me to a lovely room with a great view, and kindly recommended places to visit, which truly enhanced my trip.

Overall, the hospitality, comfort, and service exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manchester, and I will certainly be returning in the future.
