Disappointed
Cons:

Pool was outdated, breakfast people guarded the doors like if the breakfast was gold, we were saving a spot on a table and they closed the doors. Will not ever stay here again.

Cons:

No one cleaned the room no towels were replaced bed was not changed or made nothing was done in terms of housekeeping I even advised one housekeeper when I was leaving for the day she could go in and clean trash and towels and bedding but I don’t think she spoke English so probably didn’t understand me

Pros:

I love the breakfast and the facilities have been coming here for years. But I didn't know a lot of the changes that were being made. We're for the better and benefit of the company.Not so much of the customer.

Cons:

When I had made the reservation, nobody had told me that this facility now charges for parking here. You can get a 1 day parking or several days of parking. For additional fees, the rep I did not want to help me with my government rate, nor did he want to help me fill out the parking fee app. I will definitely be looking into other hotels from now on. I was coming here for years now. It's time to try out new hotels. The worst part of it is that it was two other families that came with me and I had spoken very highly about Embassy Suites here in san antonio by the airport. Now, it will definitely be a second or third option.

Breakfast was amazing and delicious

Cons:

My room was cancelled from a king suite to a double suite with accessibility shower. Did like the shower at all water was running all on the floors
