It was hot. They offered a fan since AC did not work and the fan was not at all good.

Not worth the price
Pros:

It was a good location, close to everything. Most of the staff were very nice.

Cons:

It is very outdated, especially for the price. Needs to be remodeled badly. You have to pay for parking which we don’t know until we checked in. The ac made a horrible noise all night long both nights.

Okay, but could have been better.
Pros:

The location and the omelet bar was the star of the show. Some of the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

I wasn't able to get the rest I thought I would get. I reserved a King suite and got a double. The first day there the elevator reeked of a gas leak and my daughter in law called the fire department to inspect because the clerk at the front desk said he had to wait until the next day to have maintenance check it out.😳
The TV channels barely worked and more cleaning of the rooms would be favorable. The 2nd morning, we were awaken out of our sleep to evacuation due to a reported fire. Walked all the way down the stairs to the side of the building and within minutes we were told to go back to our rooms. When cleaning service comes they don't wipe down anything, they just pretty much focus on trash and beds. The first night in the shower was disgusting. Hair from previous guest was everywhere. It would be nice to have dnd door hangers because housekeeping can get a little forceful.

Cons:

Everything was excellent, great breakfast, free happy hours drinks and the people working at the kitchen and the bar very nice people. The only thing I didn’t like is the carpet on the room floor.

Horrible staff
Pros:

Not enough oaying for a room, gotta pay for your car to stay overnight. The rugs look dingey and dirty. The Air Conditioning didnt work well. When i told the feont desk they looked at me like I was dumb for complaining. No apology or attempt to make it betterThe breakfast food was horrible: eggs were dry, bacon was cold and limp, and oatmeal was lumpy. At least they didnt mess up the fruit! I will never stay here again ! Also the front drive up area is unsafe so be careful-- no yellow to let you know a step is coming!
