Cons:

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations.

The beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable. Although they were advertised as double beds, they felt more like single beds, and my two young children could barely fit comfortably together.

The bathtub was noticeably worn out, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned on the day of our check-in, which was quite disappointing after a long day of travel. Additionally, the overall condition of the hotel suggests that it is in need of a thorough renovation.

On a positive note, the breakfast was very good, and the omelette station was excellent — the cooks there deserve a 10/10.

Given the issues with cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance, I would encourage the hotel to address these areas. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the guest experience.

The property was so beautiful the pool everything. Breakfast was amazing.

Pros:

The hotel was in an easy to get to location and was fenced so made us feel safe. We enjoyed the ability to eat breakfast and happy hour. The pool was a great addition too

Cons:

The room was not super clean. The fold out couch was basically springs wrapped in cloth. we kept having an issue with our bathroom sink filling up with brown water

Cons:

I called down to the front desk at about 4:15 on Monday 3/23/26 and Romeo was on call and immediately asked if I could hold. After ten minutes or so I hung up and called again and immediately said can you hold I said no and was put on hold. I hung up and called 17 more times and it went straight to hold. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I have never been treated this way. I will complain to the hotel itself, ruined my moment and uncalled for.

Overall great experience. The Breakfast is the best!!
Pros:

The 24hr hotel shuttle was why we picked this location. We had a flight delay and did not get in until almost 2AM and the shuttle was right there ready for us.

Cons:

The only thing that could have been improved was the bottles of soap and lotion by the sink and in the shower were almost empty and we had to take them out and try and get the product out.

Love the extra points
Pros:

The hotel was very nice and accommodating to our stay. The dine was very clean and friendly staff. Christina showed me how I could earn additional point for my stay and went over future stays for vacations. We will mark this location as one of our favorites.
