Super family friendly! And I was pleasantly surprised by the pool size. Iced water, hot water and coffee were available at all times. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Disappointing
Pros:

Made reservation because of positive experiences with other Hyatt Place properties. Pros: location is near 494 so easy access to main highways. Cons: Arrived early afternoon, no one at front desk, waited 10 mins, went searching for someone to check us in. Lobby and room worn, desperately need renovation and deep cleaning. Elevator dirty, creaking like needs maintenance. Room furniture banged up, hairs on pillow, bedspread, stuck to underside of top sheet, sheet stained and worn through in several places. Got a replacement set of sheets at desk, bedcover had a large hole in corner and backpack-sized area where the fabric had worn through to be transparent. Refrigerator didn’t work, ice machine on floor didn’t work. Left the next day.
