Needs a refresh
Pros:

The breakfast was good, lots of options.
The bed and the pillows were comfortable

Cons:

The room was very worn out, carpet needs replacement and sofa and foot rest need to be cleaned.
You nearly had to step into the shower before you can close the bathroom door.
Light switches and lamps were dirty.

Hyatt Place in Eden Prairie has lots to offer.
Pros:

The Hyatt Place Eden Prairie is a great place to stay and very convenient when you’re with a large group. The rooms are set up comfortably with a couch, sink area and table for extra
space and the lounge area
in the lobby is great for meeting people and hanging out. The hotel breakfast is definitely a notch above with its selections and quality. The pool area is also enjoyable. There is also a restaurant right across the parking lot giving you some more options. We found d the hotel to work great for family gatherings in a lot of ways.

Very Pleased
Pros:

The hotel had a modern feel and was very clean. The 2 double bed room with pull-out sofa was very spacious! Additionally, it had a nice wet-bar area.

Basics are there, but dirty/unkempt overall
Pros:

Dirty. Not well kept. Rooms were okay. Whole place Just feels a bit neglected and unkempt. Under staffed, not aware or attentive. No extra supplies available. Things missing in room — have to ask and wait for them. No room service. Not a recommend.

No record of reservation, and no word yet on whether I’ll still be charged.
Pros:

No idea. They didn’t have a room for me, so we couldn’t check in.

Cons:

I reserved weeks ago, but when we got there to check in, they didn’t have a room for us, or even a record of our reservation, and we had to leave. Front desk had no empathy and wasn’t helpful.

Comfortable nice quiet affordable peaceful
Pros:

Everyone was very welcoming they were nice it was quiet and relaxing very clean and organized breakfast was awesome they had varieties of different things to eat I just wish they served bacon that’s it lol

Cons:

I didn’t like that it wasn’t a microwave in my room to reheat food other than that everything was very nice

Pros:

Check in was very fast! She explained to us the hours for Breakfast (which was a hit both days for everyone including the kids!) and the pool hours. Mentioned that the elevators would be the fastest way up. All staff where great!

Highly recommended.
Pros:

Create location for tourist. The building and hotel rooms are very clean and orderly. Very reasonable pricing. The noise level was very quiet at night. All hotel staff were very polite had smiles and in good spirit. Breakfast was 10/10 great options.

Very nice and worth the money
Pros:

We only stayed one night. Everything was clean. The room was spacious. The hotel is just off the exit and very close to shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

Breakfast ended at 9:30am, but check out wasn't until noon. Breakfast should be served longer!
