Not quite up the Hyatt Place Standards
Pros:

Staff and service was actually good to above average across our stay. Hotel itself is in dire need of an upgrade. Tired with musty smells. Watered down coffee to no coffee 2nd day. Average breakfast layout. Just needs some investment.

I should have asked for a new room or to cancel and a refund. I had higher expectations.
Pros:

The only plus about this hotel/motel is the location. Staff seemed polite enough.

Cons:

I paid and reserved a king bed and got a queen, maybe. The shower is dirty, really dirty and needs some maintenance as well. The ice machine was dirty, I dont think it worked.

Very enjoyable, I would stay again
Pros:

Clean well located, amazing breakfast, friendly staff. Easy to get a ride to and from.

Cons:

My air conditioner in the unit was extremely loud. I’m used to a loud room, but I can imagine other people being very irritated by that. I slept fine.

Beyond disappointed and hoping for corrective action by Hyatt Corporate.
Pros:

Terrible location and an even worse property. This is a worn‑out, poorly maintained franchise that has no business carrying the Hyatt name. The room was dirty, the furniture was beat‑up, and the overall condition felt neglected and unhygienic. The bed was so uncomfortable it was almost unusable. I’m genuinely shocked that Hyatt allows a property in this condition to operate under its brand. Allowing accommodations this dated and dirty does real damage to Hyatt’s reputation.

Very decent- please fix the TV situation
Pros:

Good location and friendly staff. The property was also very clean

Cons:

The TV’s do not work. They will not connect to a iPhone so you’re unable to stream anything. There’s a “help” line but they only apologize for the inconvenience. So basically you can rent pay per view or bring your own hbmi cord. I stay in hotels often for work. Unfortunately I’ll be avoiding Hyatt for this reason

Needs updating overall (especially the TV).

Cons:

The Television situation was most unlikable. Not from this century? Had the front desk guy try to help us with it (situation was not resolved). He said he would adjust our bill but I don’t think he did. Remote is ridiculously unusable. People want to watch Netflix or other streaming.

Pros:

The reservation staff at the hotel was able to add Saturday night onto our booked stay, even though booking.com showed no rooms available. This was on very short notice (we added it on Thursday, 2 days before arriving).

Cons:

We were supposed to get a king bed, but instead got a room with 2 doubles. Both of the doubles had mattresses that sagged to the middle, very disappointing!
