Pros:

The facilities, the room was convenient, staff was very nice.

Cons:

The room wasnt clean enough, there was hair on the chair, dust on the bed and in the restroom. We just cleaned by ourselves what we could since we were tired and wanted to sleep

Uma boa estadia em geral, o hotel é bom, mas precisa melhorar o serviço de recepção, bar e manutenção de elevadores.
Pros:

Gostei da localização, é perto de tudo e do metrô! O rooftop tem uma linda vista para Times Square. Os quartos são silenciosos e a cama é excelente! Gostei muito das camareiras que limparam meu quarto, todas muito gentis. Uma recepcionista latina também foi maravilhosa! Fez meu checkout de forma espetacular e resolveu a confusão que a recepcionista do checkin fez com a forma de pagamento e cartão!

Cons:

Não gostei do tratamento de uma recepcionista que não tinha paciência para responder as minhas duvidas no checkin, muito menos de lançar o pagamento do hotel em um cartão e o deposito em outro! Algo simples! Ela Disse que tinha muita gente para atender e que não tinha tempo para fazer isso! Mas eu esperei na fila como todos até o momento do meu atendimento! Também fui retirada de uma mesa que eu estava usando há 1h por uma garçonete, pois ela disse que a mesa era dela e tinha reservado. Detalhe que não tinha placa de reserva quando me sentei! Estávamos em casal e ela nos retirou e nos deixou em pé, para colocar um grupo de 6 pessoas que provavelmente iria consumir muito mais! Vale ressaltar que este grupo não estava hospedado no hotel e eu sim!
Os profissionais do bar também eram muito grosseiros!
Os elevadores não davam conta de atender as pessoas, alguns ficavam inoperantes nos momentos de maior fluxo de pessoas.
