Sufficiente, nel complesso nè un completo disastro ma neanche un posto in cui tornerei senza alcun pensiero.
Pros:

Pulizia della stanza (la nostra è stata pulita ogni singolo giorno).
Posizione (fotonica) vicinissimo a Times Square. Questo ci ha permesso di raggiungere luoghi chiave a Manhattan direttamente a piedi!
Bar e musica la sera, proprio per chi ama la socialità.

Cons:

Lo staff alla reception MOLTO sgarbato, per qualsiasi informazione o domanda ricevevo risposte vaghe da persone molto scontrose. Questo commento è riferito all’ intero personale della reception di sesso femminile, dato che il personale maschile non si è mai permesso di rispondere nei modi indicati.
Gli ascensori sono stati un incubo, per tornare in stanza una sera abbiamo impiegato più di 20 minuti per la coda che c’ era ai due ascensori principali (ce ne sono 2 che ti portano dal piano terra alla reception e 4 dalla reception ai piani delle stanze).
I pagamenti non è chiaro come siano scanditi, nel mio caso hanno scalato un tot prima di arrivare, un tot all’ arrivo e un’ ultima parte in un giorno a caso durante il soggiorno. In quest’ ultima tranche (della quale nessuno mi aveva preavvisato) hanno provato a prelevarmi pure la cauzione. Per cortesia chiarite questa vostra procedura ai vostri clienti perché la gestione dei pagamenti è stata orribile, oltre che imbarazzante. Occhio che se non vi trovano i soldi pronti sul conto (io ho usato Revolut) con gli importi che dicono loro, questi provano diverse transazioni con importi diversi (100, 35, ecc..) fino a farsi bloccare dalla banca…

Great stay, great location, however, rooms need renovation

Hotel is in a very good location and has a great bar with very friendly staff

Cons:

This was the second time I stayed here within a year. I feel that the hotel has had a lot of wear and tear and needs to have a makeover. Bed paint peeling off . Bathrooms not very clean.

The location was excellent and very convenient.

Cons:

The security deposit was unusually high compared to the length of the stay and the hotel’s services. The manager on duty was rude and unprofessional when handling the situation, which was especially disappointing as this was not my first stay at the hotel.

The cleanliness was the most disappointing part of my stay. We found food left behind by the previous guest, food stains on the curtain, and a dirty sock under the sofa. Housekeeping during the stay was also inconsistent, with basic items such as towels and tissues sometimes not being replaced. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
