The stay was comfortable.

Everything was good except some of the tiles on the floor needed replacing, and there was no coffee pot in the room and no desk to work on.

I appreciated the location of this hotel. The staff was friendly and professional. Check in was easy.

Cons:

The room was not clean. The bed was much smaller than expected, the sheets looked dirty, there were dirty rags left in the room, and I even found trash behind the bed. Cleanliness clearly is not a priority here.

The property also felt unsafe, with sketchy individuals walking around outside throughout my stay. To make matters worse, there were virtually no amenities. There was no breakfast, the soda machine was out of order, and there was very little offered to guests.

Even checking out was frustrating. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes just to complete the checkout process.

Pros:

The price was about it.

Cons:

Trash laying around everywhere. No key to leave the room. Roaches in the room. Air conditioner unit needs cleaned. NO TV well at least it wasn't working. Bed hard as a rock.
