It was exceptional
Pros:

It was wonderful. The hotel was extremely clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. They had pots, spoon, plates etc. It makes one feel like your home. I also liked my view

Cons:

The only thing I’d say is the heat in the bedroom wasn’t working so, we had to inform them and they made sure to bring a heater that was working. I had an amazing stay. Also, just note when you’re booking that there’s no swimming pool or gym in the building. It is a suite and has everything you need to feel comfortable in your unit

Pros:

Room was well equipped and very spacious. Everything you needed was in the room. Bed super comfy. Cleaned and serviced during my stay.

Cons:

The place where we had breakfast was not so good. Food was processed rather than fresh. Coffee was brewed and served in a paper cup even though I was sitting in

Decent stay downtown with friendly staff!
Pros:

The standout here is the staff - welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful! The check-in process was quick and easy, and staff were very kind. During my stay, front desk and cleaning staff greeted me in the morning, and were always available to provide support! At the end of my stay, the front desk staff offered me an extra 30 minutes to check out, as I was waiting for a delivery which was very much appreciated.

Cons:

The room itself did not live up to expectations. Upon arrival, there was hair on the bed and bathroom floor that had been missed. The suite was also missing many small 'touches' that would have made it more comfortable - an area rug in the livingroom, a luggage rack for your suitcase. Additionally, the bedroom would not heat up and was quite cold at night (no spare blankets on the bed either).

Clean, comfortable hotel, will definitely return
Pros:

Close by TTC, and walkable to a lot of the city.

Clean, spacious rooms, quiet. Nice staff, always courteous.

Pros:

Location, staff, hotel layout. We called for taxi twice and the staff was excellent in handling the transaction for us. So friendly!

Cons:

Bed was a little firm for our liking.

Pros:

Great cost and location. Rooms seem to be old apartments converted into a hotel. Rooms are very clean.

Cons:

Parking information isn’t super clear when booking, but you have to pull up to the front and check in to get parking pass for access to garage. It’s also $40/night which isn’t terrible for the area.

Amplio alojamiento bien ubicado.
Pros:

Alojamiento muy amplio y cómodo. Las camas son grandes y cómodas. La cocina completa. Muy buen lugar para reservar. La ubicación es muy buena y se puede usar el subway o transporte publico para llegar a varios destinos. A pocos metros hay una avenida linda para recorrer cominando. El personal del Front Desk es muy amable.

Cons:

Solo detalles menores de terminación en la unidad, por ejemplo una puerta de la mesada de la cocina estaba floja. La canilla también. El tapacanto de la cama estaba salido. Un zócalo del baño estaba descolocado. Son detalles menores, pero que a mi entender no afectaron la experiencia en general.
