Pros:

La localisation, le personnel d’accueil était sympathique

Cons:

L’appartement ne correspond pas aux photos, il est très vieux.

Fenêtre cassée, elle ne se fermait donc pas.

Impossibilité d’aller sur la Terrasse. L’appartement s’aère très mal.

Prélèvement d’une caution sans nous en prévenir au préalable

Hotel bien situé dans Toronto, personnel très gentil.
Pros:

L'hotel est bien situé (proche d'une station de métro), la propreté et la taille de la chambre, la gentillesse du personnel avec un accueil très agréable.

Cons:

La salle de bain (manque de crochet pour accrocher les serviettes pour une famille de 4) mais ce n'est qu'un détail sans importance.

Not worth the money
Pros:

Location…was easy to get to subway and close to Yonge Street

Cons:

Way too expensive…really dated hotel. The shower never got hot and the water wouldn’t drain. No outlets on both sides of bed. One remote was dead and didn’t work. Offers a fully functional kitchen, but no dish towels or napkins. Elevators are extremely slow. Parking is outrageously priced. It should be included, considering the price we paid for the room. There is a balcony, but the door is locked. There is no way to access it.

Pros:

部屋が広く、キッチンもあり、湯温も充分で色々便利でした。　ランドリーも地下にあった。
バスタブの栓がなく、フロントに言うと持って来てくれた。清潔で静か。

Really a great place to stay.
Pros:

The location was very convenient for getting around and for eateries, shopping, sites to see. The room was near perfection, great bed, fantastic pillows, even had slippers, a safe, and washer/dryer (detergent available at front desk) not listed in the description.

Cons:

AC/Heater was a bit loud and only in the main room. We were told there was a dining table in the room, but there wasn't, just the usual coffee table. Not enough places to hang towels (the hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing).
