Pros:

Good location and good price

Cons:

Hot water wasn’t working for the shower. Had to wait 15 mins for staff to show up to desk to even check in. Maintenance crew working upstairs at 9am causing lots of noise

Pros:

Our apartment room was big for 3 person. There was full equip kitchen and room cleaning was regular and efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good for us and we get good offer for this place. Our room was in 15 floors so views was amazing from there.

Cons:

There was some renevation going. We stayed for 5 nights and only one day (few hours) have some noisy sound. Sometimes they repair elevator but that is just minor issues. Overall this place is good.

Très bon séjour! Si nous revenons à Toronto, nous y séjournerons à nouveau.
Pros:

L’établissement est très bien situé à deux pas des métros 1 et 2. Cela permet toutes les visités facilement.
Les suites sont très confortables.Nous avons bénéficié d’un grand appartement qui nous nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous.

Cons:

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir aller sur le balcon. Mais comme nous sommes en hiver, ce n’est pas très grave.

Affordable and good condition.
Pros:

I saw reviews that this place looks old but at least my room wasn’t. Was super clean, bright and look new to me. Maybe I’m not too picky haha. But anyway was super cool! Super spacious and comfortable/.

Cons:

Mmmm just maybe my room was feeling super cold and I didn’t find anything to make it feel warmer.

Pros:

The location and the staff. It was also a lot of room for a longer medical stay, which I appreciated. It was a good price for a long stay.

Cons:

The pillows were small , lumpy and rough. Turning the showers on made a noise in the plumbing.
Not a fan of coffee pod machines. Would have preferred a coffee maker with grounds.

Overall it was a very nice room and within walking distance to restaurants and stores.
Pros:

The manager and the morning concierge were very nice, professional, and helpful. The room/suite looked like it had recently been redone and it looked great. There was a kitchen which was nice. The area was nice during the day. The underground parking was good and felt safe as not just anyone could get in.

Cons:

The area looked a little sketch at night. The night concierge was not very helpful. He stated he was new, but did not try to help. We wondered if he was actually night security. The toilet made a lot of noise. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

Very solid hotel stay in downtown Toronto at the right price.
Pros:

Stayed here for 5 days, staff was very friendly and room was a great size! Very solid location within Toronto. Only knocks would be room was slightly dirty and the cable on the TVs cuts out quite frequently, at some points unwatchable.
