A fabtastic stay great location easy walking distance to the historic town - lots of taxis and smiley people we loved it

Everything wonderful staff great - we had a problem with our WiFi and telly we had to move rooms staff so helpful and kind - fantastic gym spa facilities it was a fantastic stay

Perfect Stay, Well Organized, Well Located, Staff Well prepared.
Pros:

Everything, from breakfast to amenities and staff. People from the whole Mercure were amazing. This hotel has a lot to offer, and, the staff is really prepared to take care of tourists. Congratulations for everything!

Cons:

On the Dec 31st, the order to the room service got mixed or delayed a lot, but, the staff made sure to fix and later on gave me a bottle of wine and were really sorry for the inconvenience. They were doing new year's eve dinner at the main restaurant and for sure these situations can happen sometimes, so it was not a big issue.

Nice stay, clean and felt safe.
Pros:

Really lovely hotel, the upgraded room was really comfortable. Lovely food in the restaurant, although it was very quiet. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

It was hard to get someone to serve at the bar and there wasn't a fridge in the room but other than that it was a lovely hotel. There is no swimming pool though, it is just a couple of hot tubs which was a bit disappointing.
