Excelente hotel con buenas instalaciones y servicios
Pros:

Los servicios adicionales fueron especialmente excelentes, tanto el gym como el spa. Además, el desayuno fue excelente y con un horario muy amplio. La habitación espaciosa y el baño también.

Cons:

Eché en falta más amenities tipo loción corporal.

Wonderful hotel with great staff
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of the Artisanal Market, numerous cafes, mini markets, and restaurants. We made use of the gym, sauna and pool every night to help us relax after long days of exploring the city and going on tours. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or assist with anything we needed. Their on-site restaurant quickly became a favorite, where we had dinner most nights. The attentive staff served fresh, delicious food every time, and we even got to try some local beers recommended by one of them.

Cons:

We enjoyed everything about the hotel and have nothing negative to say. Everything was excellent, and the staff was always ready to help and meet our needs. One day, we needed to reheat leftovers since there was no microwave in the room, so we asked the staff for assistance. They directed us to the restaurant kitchen, where they not only warmed our food but served it back to us on plates as if freshly prepared. That simple gesture made us feel truly appreciated!

Marvellous Quito Mercure was an excellent choice of hotel for our visit.
Pros:

Location was very good - we were able to walk to the Jardin Botanico de Quito which is fantastic. Our room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. We enjoyed the daily generous breakfast and dined in the restaurant for dinner all 3 nights with very nice food. The restaurant wait-staff were superb.

Cons:

We had a little difficulty communicating with the staff at reception.

Pros:

Room was large and clean with an excellent shower. Bed wasn’t the comfiest. Good selection of tv channels, including Netflix. Breakfast was good and available from 4am to 10am.

Cons:

The room wasn’t well soundproofed so a lot of traffic noise.
Whilst rated as 5 star, it didn’t feel like it. Few amenities in the room. Fridge but no minibar. Had to ask for bathrobes. Pool on floor 9 seemed a bit tired. The area was quiet at night and not many restaurants in the vicinity, although there is a restaurant at the hotel.

Pros:

Very clean hotel and Staff are very friendly. Staff members Andrés and Jakeline were especially helpful and friendly! The Pool and Gym area were also very cool.

Disappointing, especially compared to the description and expectations
Pros:

Great gym. Big rooms. Wonderful staff.

Cons:

The description did not match the room. It said bottle of water - there was none, there’s a place to fill water on the floor but nowhere to put it. The description said iPod dock - none. Said coffee machine - nope.
The room is dated and feels old and in dire need of renovation.
The room was very very noisy from the street.
Breakfast was ok but the sliced bread was obviously not fresh to the point it had mold on it.

Le ➕️ : l'espace fitness et spa de qualité également, sauna a 62° il aurait pu etre plus chaud
