Veille chambre peu agreable, clim fonctionne mal (mini 25 dans la chambre),petit déjeuner pas bon et industriel, très cher pour ce que c'est,hôtel très médiocre et déplorable (tuyaux sortaient des murs (hotel en travaux ??) ne vaut pas du tout 4 étoilés mais juste 2 étoiles, 2 bouteilles eau disponible 1 seule fois dans le minibar, hall entrée moyen

Pros:

Teníamos reservada una habitación accesible y todo perfecto. La ubicación genial, a 10 minutos caminando del centro y sin el jaleo del turismo. Si vienes en avión tienes la parada del tranvía desde el aeropuerto en la misma puerta, maravilloso. El personal encantador, llegamos con un problema ajeno al hotel y fueron muy amables.

Me gustó todo, por decir algo q la nevera apenas enfriaba.

Value stay quite a distance away from downtown Florence.
Pros:

I enjoyed the layout of the hotel room, we had a large king bed and two sofa beds for our family of four. I also enjoyed the complementary breakfast, the food was average tasting, but since it was free, it was worth it.

Cons:

I felt our room was dirty, the floors were quite dusty and anytime we walked across the hotel room floor barefoot the souls of our feet would darken. I was annoyed that if you turn the lights off at night, all the outlets stopped working, except for the red outlet, it made it difficult to charge our phones and watches. The other thing that was quite annoying was the distance we had to walk daily to get towards downtown Florence, on the map it doesn’t look that far, but in the middle of a heat wave, it was quite painful.

We really enjoyed our stay here !!!!
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and quite large and very clean, and quite a lot of room for storage, the bathroom was very big, the breakfast was absolutely beautiful with plenty of variety, and the hotel was decorated really beautiful with lounge areas and beautiful decor everywhere, parking was a few doors down the street, the staff were really helpful, this hotel was a pleasure to stay in, we really enjoyed it !!!!!

Pros:

Hotel confortável, com quatro e banheiro espaçosos. Fica a 800 metros da praça do Duomo, portanto a localização é excelente. Em frente há o ponto do Tram, o que facilita a locomoção para a Estação Ferroviária e o Aeroporto. Café da manhã excelente. O estacionamento conveniado fica a 1 quadra do hotel e custa 30 euros por dia. Não fica na zona ZLT.

Ich habe mich trotz kleiner Kritikpunkte sehr wohl gefühlt und würde es auch wieder wählen.
Pros:

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in diesem schönen Hotel, es ist Vieles sehr gut, ganz besonders möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals hervorheben, das wäre allein ein Grund wieder in dieses Hotel zu kommen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war etwas klein und da es aktuell in Florenz sehr sehr heiß ist, hätte ich mir ein wenig mehr Raum gewünscht. Die Lage ist hervorragend, allerdings ist es nicht ganz leise - wie einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße zu vermuten wäre.

Cons:

Insgesamt ein sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel!

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Ontbijtbuffet was ok. Alleen jammer dat er geen vers gesneden fruit lag.
In de kamer kregen we steeds propere verse handdoeken. De kamer was ook telkens weer mooi opgemaakt.

Cons:

- In onze 1ste kamer zat het gordijn bovenaan los waardoor er s'nachts licht binnen kwam.
- Een vloertegel in de badkamer zat los.
- De voegen tussen de tegels in de douche waren vuil.
- Het lavabo meubel is heel klein.
- In de 2de kamer was dit alles veel beter.
- Er hing in de inkomhal van het hotel en ook in de gangen steeds een onfrisse geur.
