La cortesia smisurata dello staff, la posizione ultra centrale.
Qualche piccolo inconveniente dovuto agli orari della pulizia della camera e alla mancanza di frigo in camera ma tutto ampiamente risolvibile.
Stayed in the Leonardo recently and liked the location as was walking distance to all areas we needed to visit. The staff were great and the hotel was clean
We thought the price was too high for what you get. Hotel could do with a revamp. Beginning to look a bit shabby.

La pulizia… tanta polvere, ragnatele, lenzuola macchiate, la moquette indecente e completa mancanza di insonorizzazione.
I liked the location and how easy it is to walk from the station. You are very close to Cork city centre too.
Unfortunately the location is also an issue. I am ultimately sympathetic to those who need accommodation next door, it is a centre for homeless people to have a room at night. But the hotel should mention this somewhere on booking, you are very likely to be asked by a homeless person for change or hear them shouting at each other, for some guests this might be inconvenience or something they are uncomfortable with.
The receptionist was an absolute sweetheart, and we were always so happy to see her as we entered or left the hotel. The area was also very ideal.

Nos dieron la habitación que daba para una calle trasera, y a pesar de tener contraventanas los gritos y peleas eran todas las noches porque había una casa donde se vendía "golosinas ", y te despertaban cada momento.

You have great staff here. Really helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is like so many nowadays in decor and facilities but the staff are the difference .
Everything was fine.
The Hotel wad in a great location, close to the Bus and train station also close to get the bus back to the airport also close to all the shops.
Staff were exceptionally helpful nothing wad to much fir them especially Emma on the Reception such a lovely person.
Breakfast was WOW really tasty so much to choose from, catered for everyone 😋

Close to all the Shops and Restaurants.
People were very friendly in Cork.
