Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour les excursions vers l’anneau de Kerry. Très bon petit déjeuner. Chambre confortable et bonne literie. Personnel très agréable

Staff was excellent and responsive to requests and beds/bathroom were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic❤️

Cons:

Location was a bit sketchy - especially behind the building with urban campers yelling late into the night. I was under the impression that parking was included but I must have been mistaken. Weirdly warm weather - nothing you could do about that but served to highlight that there was no air conditioning.

Great staff.
Pros:

The location was very good, not far to walk into town, minutes away. We had a front room, looking over the Lee.
The staff at the bar were amazing, helpful and great recommendations.
The breakfast was nice, but could have had more fresh fruit bowls, fruit salad, grapefruit etc.Would have loved pancakes. Great variety at hot buffet.Love the self service coffee machines. Great dining staff. Receptionists were pleasant and helpful.The hotel was clean, great toiletries and towels. Would stay here again. Even though the above comments I wrote, would somewhere, in the future need to be looked at.

Cons:

Well though it was very hot, they did supply a fan. Would have loved a fridge. The bedroom was clean, but need a update. I see the hotel has planning for staff accommodation and some extra bedrooms.

Not a hotel for hot weather stay.
Pros:

Very central. Staff helpful

Cons:

Room too hot. Heavy duvet on bed. Should have supplied top sheet instead of duvet. No air con.

I would love to go back for another break
Pros:

The location is so close to the shopping areas. The food was lovely and staff were kind. I appreciated their looking after our suitcases after we checked out til our train time.

Cons:

During the heatwave our room was too hot

Pros:

Friendly and courteous staff, breakfast was lovely, good range of food.

Cons:

USB sockets would be a nice extra as we had to plug out kettle/tv to charge phones, watches..not enough sockets in the room , but this would alleviate the problem.

Still an enjoyable stay
Pros:

close to main shopping/eating area of Cork

Cons:

we didnt feel the room was fresh and clean, slight musty smell? But it was very hot. Carpet not vacummed properly.
