We enjoyed our stay enough but would choose another hotel next time we visit the Cape.
Pros:

Ordering off the menu was far superior quality than the buffet for some reason. It was the same food but it just tasted better.

Cons:

The room was definitely not as advertised. The sleeping area was cramped.

Phenomenal!
Pros:

The hotel room was the same one that we stayed in the last time. It was Phenomenal!

Cons:

There were things that needed to be updated or power washed on the balconies.
And the halls need painting and elevator needs cleaning

Unfriendly and unknowledgeable staff.
Cons:

Very complicated, confusional and controversial information from front desk assistant. Used to cancel breakfast as part of the booking process as at the first day were offered a Manu and had to pay for our 6 years old daughter.
Tried to push evth to booking .com. Very unprofessional.

Fun, comfortable, and relaxing.
Pros:

The pool and hot tub area is very pretty and relaxing. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly as well!

Cons:

The beds were comfortable but a little small (we got two doubles) would opt for queens or king next time.
