Friendly staff
Cons:

Although I know/realize that it is not the Hotel's responsibility the stupidity/ lack of common sense of some people.
Security or someone there could be vigilant and enforce that people respect the stay of others.
It is absurd that when people leave the Hotel at 6 am, they have loud music cranking all the time they are cleaning the snow out of their cars for 15', right 3 feet away from other guest room....

The staff was very nice

Cons:

The bed wasn’t comfortable, and the pool water was cold, and the concrete in it was chipping off which led to my daughter to scrap her knee and toe on the bottom of it.

Pros:

It’s nice hotel rooms are good swimming pool and gym area are very nicely maintained, breakfast was good and staff is super friendly, overall nice facility would recommend who is planning to go with family

It was a central location.

Cons:

No complimentary breakfast
Not very accommodating to my needs eg. I asked for a table for 6 so we could eat the food we bought and brought to the hotel. They said no they could not offer us anything. Yet they have a restaurant where they could have let us eat. I even suggested that we would clean up our mess. I was very disappointed.
No microwave in the room
There was complimentary coffee, but no tea in the rooms.
