Pros:

It's THE Manila Hotel! Stayed there overnight because we had a sorority ball at the hotel. It was convenient to check-in, also had hair and makeup done at the hotel salon. Still very classy and comfortable hotel.

Good staff and nice ambiance
Pros:

Staff and the piano music at night

Cons:

I asked several months back to put my room and that of my other half of our family in two adjacent room. They did not do it. Whoever was assigming rooms does not know how to accomodate customers for request.

A must visit for anyone wanting to spend a night in grandeur in Manila !
Pros:

Staff were lovely . Entrance hall and lobby amazing. Breakfast incredible . Room spacious and well equipped

Cons:

Bath taps not working properly . Toilet seat loose. Pillows a bit hard .

Pros:

Nous sommes transportés dans cet établissement et très bien situé.
C’est un buffet intercontinental pour le petit déjeuner qui est très varié. Le personnel est au petit soin

Cons:

Peut-être l’eau pas très chaude à la douche au 14e étage mais vu les températures extérieures c’était une bonne chose pour moi !

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Je wordt als koning(in) behandeld. Live muziek tijdens diner. De gehele accommodatie straalt luxe en stijl uit. Mooi groot zwembad met zwembad-bar.
