Servicio. Personas atendiendo y ofreciendo opciones a un desayuno "por cumplido". Podernos sentar en mesas limpias y ambiente agradable. Eso parecía un almacén, no un comedor.

Nice convenient location but hotel was dirty & staff did not follow thru. Parking limited
Pros:

The Location to Niagra Falls and the State Park was good and convenient. Liked having a Hot tub and swimming pool. Most of the staff was friendly but no follow thru with requests.

Cons:

1) Parking: some onsite otherwise have to pay to park offsite in the parking garage
2) The room was dirty upon arrival in the bathroom and tiled area. Asked 3 days in a row to different staff members to have it cleaned and No follow thru--disappointing
3) Elevators dirty
4) Good on Sunday but the rest of the time either out of food, condiments and plates/silverware

The hotel was ok given the location to the falls and local bars and restaurants.
Pros:

Location was great as it was a quick walk to the falls. The breakfast was good but the area was to small for the number of guests and not enough seating location. We tried the hotel bar, but no one was working during the hours listed.

Cons:

Too many kids running around. It was very noisy and congested.

I was very disappointed.
Pros:

I did manage to luck into a free parking space.

Cons:

The bathroom was filthy. Our door only closed completely if we lifted it up to click into place. It was nothing like the pictures on the website.

Breakfast was disappointing, no made service for 3 days, bathroom wall attachments paper holder, towel racks were broken from the wall, the general condition of the hotel needs an update, painting , flooring etc.

Pros:

The proximity to the falls was great.

Cons:

They gave away our room to someone who had a similar first name. We ended up with their room but still had to pay the higher price of our original room. The room we booked had a better view but the room we got was of a parking lot. Also there were no blankets and we had to ask for blankets. It was just a top sheet.

Need better cleaning under the beds. Remote was not working and slow sink drain. Both were fixed by maintenance in few hours.
