Location is great, otherwise I'd choose different hotel
Pros:

Great location, very close to the waterfall and Maid of the Mist boats. Liked that there was a parking, you can leave your car and walk to the waterfalls - that's great. Liked that you can get free coffee, tea and hot water anytime on coffee station in front of the reception desk. Personnel was nice and ready to help.

Cons:

Bed sheets are with stains, overall old-dated hotel. Our AC didn't work, so we realized that only by 9 pm, and asked to switch the room with working AC. The breakfast was terrible - one of the worst experienced breakfasts. No hot food, yogurts was a few pcs, some people were lucky to grab one. There were only waffles you could cook and coffee/juices machine. Even no milk, no forks, knifes, spoons, other utilities. No one who you can ask to bring some. End up eating waffles with grape jam with sticks from coffee station. Afterall you can't call this a breakfast.
