It's in an excellent location.
The amenities in the room were what I needed.
Housekeeping isn't always available during the day.
If you're on an extended stay, (like me,) you have to communicate to get it.
Some of the staff listened, but possibly due to a lack of housekeeping staff...you would make a request then not get the housekeeping.
Had an absolutely wonderful stay. Staff very nice and friendly. Will be back if I'm in the area again
Need more outlets for charging phones
Location was excellent. Front desk staff, the only staff, were outstanding.
The pool was shut down due to a broken part. The room, and hallway, were extremely cold. We could at least heat up the room. Faucet for sink leaked. Other than pizza, outrageously priced, there was no food service available. All seasonal which we didn't know when booking. The gift shop, with some food, closed early. Amenities were minimal.

Staff are unhelpful. Especially the receptionist. Got there at 2:45. I understand that check in is at 4. We were told the room was not ready. Not cleaned yet on multiple occasions. We asked at 3:30,3:45 and 4:15. We got checked in around 4:30 after I questioned why is it that people that are booking on the spot for multiple rooms gets one but not the ones with existing reservations.
Non smoking rooms smells like smoke. Bathrooms stained.

They put a hold for 200.00 on your card for Any damages to the room?
But they didn't put a hold on mine and took it off my card Is saying because I booked with third party It's been.
Over 2 weeks and still not have gotten that $200.Can't call the manager cause she does not return your calls.O I went down there myself and spoke to her and she still has not taking care of it
