Staff per nulla accogliente, nervoso e non gentile.
Pulizia della camera ogni 3 giorni, quindi se stai meno non te la puliscono.
Non ci sono mezzi di trasporto vicini per l’aereoporto di buffalo.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and honestly, I regret choosing this place.

When we booked the hotel, it clearly stated that free parking was available. However, when we arrived, we discovered that the parking was only “free” if you were lucky enough to find an available spot. This very important condition was not mentioned when we made the booking. We only found this out at the front desk. This is extremely misleading.

Unfortunately, the staff at the front desk were also very unfriendly and unhelpful. Nobody properly explained anything about the hotel, including the breakfast hours, where breakfast was served, or any other useful information that guests should normally receive upon arrival.

The breakfast was another huge disappointment. The food was poor and practically nonexistent. On both days, when we went for breakfast, there was almost nothing available except some packaged items and juice. Why advertise breakfast hours from 7:00 to 10:00 if by 8:00 there is already almost nothing left? This is completely unacceptable. If you advertise breakfast until 10:00, guests should reasonably expect food to actually be available until 10:00.

Things got even worse later that evening. My husband went to the hotel bar and ordered a Jameson. After drinking it, he became seriously ill and had severe stomach problems. He spent the entire following day in the hotel room because he felt extremely sick, had severe stomach cramps, and was in no condition to go anywhere or enjoy our trip.

What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of concern from the hotel staff. There was nowhere at the hotel to buy basic medication, so I had to leave the hotel and drive around looking for medicine while my husband was sick in the room.

When we tried to explain what had happened to a staff member at the front desk, her response was absolutely unacceptable.

The property is very old. And while it was clean, the rooms, corridors and dining areas are very run down and not very pleasant. The breakfast was adequate - a coffee, yogurt and piece of toast. However it was not presented in an appealing way.
It was fine for one night to just sleep, spending the entire time out exploring. I would not stay more than one night.

It was unclean, unfriendly, terrible parking, unwelcoming, chaotic, and the worst part is we weren't able to get refunded.

The elevator doors close to fast. My nephew and I were walking on right after the doors opened and they closed quickly and had ahold of him. The elevator even started sounding someone was stuck in elevator 2.

Pool area could have been kept up with cleaning muddy floor and pool area !

The main issue during our stay was the air conditioning, which was not functioning properly and did not cool the room adequately, making it uncomfortable, especially at night.

No room service, tried to order papa John's was not able to, cause they could not understand where I was calling from, even though I told them my room number and the hotel, then Went to go to the bar which was closed, in the pool area tried to relax in the hit tub, but was not able to cause of little kids around 5 years old kept running from the hot tub to the big pool, the parents was sitting there watching them. This was our Honeymoon and we weren't even able to have fun and relax.

Dirty hotel, bedbugs, molds , rude employee. Absolutely everything was bed. This survey didn't allowed to upload bedbugs picture.

Parking was limited however the staff was great at accommodating alternate parking options
