Great location
Pros:

The hotel is perfect location. One block from one of the entrances into the falls state park. Close to goat island pedestrian bridge. 2 blocks to the rainbow bridge to canada .Niagara loves their Papa John's pizza one on EVERY block, there was a churches chicken,food trucks,carvel, krumble, subway, Chinese, MULTIPLE Indian restaurants and luma café across the street. The hotel front desk workers were always poliet, they answered each question I had. They have a gift shop, wedding Chapel, pool, guest laundry (front desk said 1.50 but it was $1) the hotel has two sources of food options (burger place, and Papa johns)and a hotel bar. Perfect location if you are looking for just a hotel to sleep at and not a 5 star luxury hotel. We got there around 1 from the airport and I had asked prior to arrival to check in early they did charge me $30 but we was thankful to be able to go up to our room and not wait.

Cons:

The issue I had with the hotel. I understand its an order hotel not updated but when ive been out all day walking, touring,sweating I want to walk into a cool hotel and hotel room. We had it set at 63 and it felt like 76 when walking into our room. While uncomfortable it was bareable! My son had to sleep right by it to feel anything. The lobby was the same way never cool. We didn't even use the covers at night bc it never got to the freezing we wanted.

The hotel housekeepers clean every 3 days of a room rented but the front desk gave us towels and trash bags and told us to put trash in the hall... the hotel elevator had the same trash in the same place each day we was there so it wasnt being clean. In our hotel room behind the bedside table there was trash and empty water bottle behind it between table and wall. While they did mop the lobby. I never saw them sweep they came in with a spray bottle and a dry mop.

One of my major things is I was not happy about. When I book hotels I always pick one with breakfast included. I think its insane to have to venture out and spend $60 for breakfast when the hotel was supposed to have a breakfast. We arrived on Saturday on sunday morning they had eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausage,pancakes, eggs, muffins, waffles, yogurts, cereal, and bread. I was like okay this will be great idk why people complained on the reviews. Monday and Tuesday morning the ONLY thing they offered was waffles and cereal. Nothing on the buffet line. Its a busy hotel they dont lack funds that would cause them to not provide a breakfast that they claim to have.

Pros:

Small refrigerator, microwave, room size, free parking, physical location being close to the falls. Front desk quickly changed my room when floor cleanness issue was reported.

Cons:

Floor vacuum was missed. Some food debris were left on floor. Front desk refused to offer extended parking until 1pm which didn't add any cost to the hotel. And the reality was the parking lot was less than 50% occupied at 1pm on that day. It discounts the value of the location if the location advantage cannot be achieved.
