It was right downtown.

Cons:

If you stay at this hotel, be prepared to fight for parking spots. There's no lock parking and everybody Else uses them. If you leave to go somewhere you might have a parking spot and you might not. Then you might have to pay to park in the overhead garage or along the streets. The hotel is very outdated inside. Could use remodeling. Literature is old. That's in your rooms. In the room I found food on the carpets and I moved a chair and there was food underneath the chair. In the morning the hot water around 8:30 9:00 was gone so I couldn't even take a shower and this was in the middle of the week. So if you decide to stay in this hotel, be prepared for these items. I cannot imagine what it would be on the weekends .

Very little parking
Pros:

Easy walking access to the falls
And restaurants.

Cons:

Couldn't drive anywhere for fear of losing hotel parking and having to pay for parking in a parking garage .
When the fire alarm went off the staff didn't provide directions on what to do.

Only if you have no other choice
Pros:

That was the only hotel within walking distance from Niagra Falls that was available last minute and charged a decent price at the end of July. I did read all the bad reviews and still was hoping for the best. No such luck.
The carpet was filthy. The window was smeared in smth white from the outside. Broken toilet paper holder. Toilet paper so thin, even at gas stations are better quality. Stained bathtub, peeling door. Nobody ever thought of cleaning on top of A/C or the windowsill. Breakfast is a joke, couple of fruits, bagels and about 40 people line to 2 waffle machine - insane.
On the good note, they have free water in the lobby. And their breakfast room is in the same area as papa John's, so you dont even have to leave hotel to get pizza.
Also although they take you to the employee room to store your luggage, they dont really supervise who takes what. Not a good practice. Good thing it was only one night

la ubicación excelente para ingresar y salir del parque, cerca de las pocas tiendas cerca. Ayudaron resguardar la maleta una vez cumplido el periodo de salida del hotel, facilitando el resto del día y recoger la maleta posteriormente,
