Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in the swimming pool or fitness club.
Children aged 13 - 17 years and below can only use the pool area under adult supervision.

Second time at the Capitol in three years. Both have exceeded expectations.
Breakfast, which is amazing and reasonably priced, was not included in our rate.
The location is excellent. The metro station is right below the building and it is very easy to reach the most popular tourist areas. Ginza is only 2 stops away and Shibuya is about 10 minutes away. Everything is close and convenient. The area is peaceful and beautiful. Every time I went outside, I enjoyed the atmosphere around the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with many different dishes. The choice was very good and the breakfast was filling and enjoyable. The staff were very polite and friendly. They always greeted guests warmly. It was always pleasant to go downstairs, walk through the lobby and pass the reception. The people working there are wonderful. I was always happy to see them and say hello.
The only serious point I would ask the hotel owners to reconsider is the minibar policy. At checkout, I was asked whether I had used the minibar. I understand that this may be a standard hotel procedure, but in a hotel of this level, this question felt very inappropriate and disappointing.
When a guest is paying around 700 dollars or more per night, the cost of a few simple drinks in the minibar is very small compared with the room rate. These are not rare or luxury drinks. They are basic minibar items. For many guests staying at this level of hotel, the value of these drinks is not important. What is important is the feeling of trust, comfort and respect.
Because of this, asking guests at checkout whether they used the minibar creates the wrong impression. It makes the experience feel less premium. It also creates an uncomfortable moment at the very end of an otherwise excellent stay.
In other high-level hotels in Japan, the minibar is often complimentary or the process is handled without asking the guest this kind of question at checkout. This is a better approach for a luxury hotel. It avoids an awkward conversation and keeps the final impression positive.
I strongly recommend that the hotel make the minibar complimentary, especially considering the room price and the excellent service level in all other areas. This would be a small cost for the hotel, but it would make the guest experience feel much more complete and respectful.
Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with a great location, excellent breakfast, and truly wonderful staff. I would be happy to stay here again, but I hope the hotel will improve the minibar policy because it does not match the otherwise high standard of the hotel.
Tout. Luxe et service unique
I am not sure that the staff at the hotel could be more attentive or helpful. Let’s start with a little thing. On those times when we took cabs from the hotel I would hand my phone to a bellman to translate the address for the cab driver. We took regular advantage of the Club Lounge on the 27th floor for early evening cocktails or tea and watched the sun set over the city. The food in the lounge and the Origami restaurant for breakfast was delicious and diverse. Our room was large, well thought out and well appointed. We appreciated the convenience of being able to access a number of subway lines with just a quick elevator ride from the hotel. This is truly a 5 star hotel and I very much enjoyed my stay.
A final kudos to the gentleman in the lounge we educated me regarding Japanese whiskey and kept track of my tastings over multiple nights. This enhanced the feeling of being a special guest.

Мы здесь останавливались первый раз 8 лет назад , нам очень понравилось 🙂 в нынешнюю поездку выбрали его повторно и были приятно удивлены, что за 8 лет отель остался на высоте 👍🏻 спасибо сотрудникам отеля за прекрасно проведенное время 💖

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the overall design was beautiful. The hotel feels high-end and offers a comfortable and elegant atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time here
There were a few aspects that could be improved. The staff did not speak English well, which made communication quite difficult at times. Additionally, the buffet had very limited options, the quality was not great, and the service was quite slow

Conseil de restaurant dans les alentours de l'hotel : le concierge nous a conseillé un restaurant très douteux en sous sol, alors que juste à coté se trouvait un restaurant gastronomique dans lequel nous avons finalement passé une tres agréable soirée.
Commande de taxi auprès du concierge AVEC siege bébé pour le retour à l'aéroport : le taxi est arrivé SANS siege pour notre bébé de 18 mois. Aucune excuse ni proposition de solution, nous avons dû prendre ce risque pour avoir notre avion.
One of the great hotels. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is sensational. A particular shout-out to Ms. Hasegawa at the concierge desk.
Our room had a spectacular view over the skyline of Akasaka, there was even a map explaining the skyscrapers in the neighborhood. The room itself was very tastefully furnished and very functional, the style a mix of East and West. Sliding walls very cleverly allow you to change the room's layout.
Great cosmetics, robes, slippers, a multi-functional shower, English newspaper delivered every morning, the list goes on.
The hotel's location is sensational, it is only a three minutes walk up the hill to the Hie Shrine. Akasaka with all its myriad of restaurants and bars is just around the corner and a subway station is directly underneath the hotel! You can even find as flower shop and a convenience store in the basement.

地下鉄の駅直結でアクセスが非常によかった。また子どもと一緒に宿泊したが，部屋や朝食会場でも多々気配りをしていただき，非常にありがたかった。ルームサービスも美味しかった。また家族旅行で宿泊したい。
2泊とも朝食の和食メニューが全く同じだった。味は美味しいので満足したが，少しでもメニューを変えていただけると尚嬉しかった。
Everything was amazing! An unexpected bonus is the entrance to the metro on the lower ground floor of the tower. Makes getting around the city even easier.
