Important information:

Please note extra beds cannot be accommodated in the following room types: Deluxe King Room, Deluxe Hollywood Twin Room and Club Deluxe King Room.

Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in the swimming pool or fitness club.

Children aged 13 - 17 years and below can only use the pool area under adult supervision.

Please note that in accordance with local regulations, the hotel will be completely replacing the pool water on the following dates: December 16th and 17th, 2025.
During this period, the pool, jacuzzi, warming room, and relaxation room will be unavailable.

Please note that in accordance with the Electricity Business Act, the hotel will be conducting regular electrical equipment inspections on the following dates /times: 7th January, 2026, from 9:15 AM to 3:15 PM.

大満足でした。また家族旅行で宿泊します
Pros:

地下鉄の駅直結でアクセスが非常によかった。また子どもと一緒に宿泊したが，部屋や朝食会場でも多々気配りをしていただき，非常にありがたかった。ルームサービスも美味しかった。また家族旅行で宿泊したい。

Cons:

2泊とも朝食の和食メニューが全く同じだった。味は美味しいので満足したが，少しでもメニューを変えていただけると尚嬉しかった。

Cons:

j'ai choisi cet hotel pour la piscine. L'acces à la piscine a été refusé à mon bb qui n'allait pas allé dans l'eau mais juste rester sur les transats. il était 19h et l'espace bien etre était vide. dans la chambre tout est à disposition pour un bébé même le lit mais les enfants ne sont pas accepté à la piscine. Il aurait du l'indiquer quand j'ai fait ma réservation. je n'aurais pas pris cet hotel sinon. Je viens dans cet hotel depuis 2014 et j'étais content d'y amener ma famille. J'ai été décu. Cela sert a quoi d'avoir une piscine si elle n'est pas accessible. Ils n'ont qu'a interdir l'hotel aux enfants comme le font certains hotels et comme cela c'est clair. A aucun moment le staff et managers ont essayé de trouver une solution. Ils savent que s'excuser et dire non.

Lovely oasis to come back to after a busy day out exploring the city.
Pros:

Location was central and the train station under the hotel made it very easy to commute to the main sights. Good dining precinct nearby. Rooms and view were beautiful.

The beds were very firm! The only issue that disappointed.
