Important information:

Please note extra beds cannot be accommodated in the following room types: Deluxe King Room, Deluxe Hollywood Twin Room and Club Deluxe King Room.

Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in the swimming pool or fitness club.

Children aged 13 - 17 years and below can only use the pool area under adult supervision.

Please note that in accordance with local regulations, the hotel will be completely replacing the pool water on the following dates: December 16th and 17th, 2025.
During this period, the pool, jacuzzi, warming room, and relaxation room will be unavailable.

Pros:

The rooms are very big compared to other hotels in Tokyo ! It’s sooooo clean and the view is breathtaking. The design inside is very aesthetic and represents Japanese architecture. Whenever you walk by any of the staff they smile at you and checks whether you need anything. I highly recommend it. I will definitely come back. There is 7/11 down stairs and the station as well. It was easy to move around Tokyo with this hotel. I am very picky when it comes to giving good reviews but this one deserves it. They even put skincare kit inside and pyjama and everything is fresh and clean.

This is the most beautiful.hotel that I have stayed.expensive but I would highly recommend
Pros:

Very good breakfast, well presented and served in a beautiful room. Enjoyed the buffet and ordered the poached eggs as part of this - excellent. An impressive Japanese breakfast was available too

Cons:

Canr identify any negatives. I noted that a staff member was measuribg temperaures of item on the buffet - indicative of the care and professionalism of the service.

Will be my 1st choice when visiting Tokyo next time.
Pros:

My room is spacious with corner view. Great location as we can walk underground from sub-way station. It's also quiet at night. We can have a very good sleep. I love the Gym and the indoor swimming pool (20 m.). The chinese restaurant called Star Hill is really an exceptional one. Very kind and helpful staffs.

Fantastic Hotel, best experience
Pros:

This is our third stay at The Capitol which is a fantastic hotel, we would not stay anywhere else in Tokyo. It starts with the stylish and super efficient welcoming of the doormen and doorwomen. The rooms are extremely confortable and large, the bathrooms have the best shower ever with loads of toiletries , the breakfast is excellent and the general vibe is luxurious yet not ostentatious, you feel well and in a cocoon. The actual location is unbeatable in the center of Tokyo yet in a quiet and high end enclave and the metro is just downstair ( yet you would not know. Two separate words interconnecting with total discretion). The Capitol is a grant hotel. i did not use the pool nor the spa this time, i however highly recommend going for a swim, the view is top and the spa last time was also perfect.
