Нам все понравилось.Месторасположение прекрасное,минут 8 по прямой от вокзала.Прямо напротив Porto Nigro.Очень впечатляет.Трир прекрасен и расположение отеля это подчеркивает.Комната просторная,ванная просторная,персонал любезный,чисто очень.Отель не новый,но от этого он не менее удобный.В комнате есть диван,кресло,где можно сесть,отдохнуть.Для нас очень важный момент.Довольны пребыванием.Спасибо персоналу.Особенно хотела отметить молодого человека на ресепшен.Очень гостеприимный.Вернемся и будем советовать друзьям.

Cons:

Ничего.Может полотенца пора поменять,лосьон для тела добавить.Не соответствуют уровню отеля.

满意的一次入住
Pros:

对于这个价格在欧洲提供的房间和服务我还是满意的，位置特别好，和大黑门就隔了一条马路，大黑门的另一边就是城区了，很方便。这次是因为第二天要去卢森堡，所以选择住在特里尔。第二天吃早餐的时候发现二楼有个赌场，哈哈适合喜欢玩两把的人。

Cons:

I had stayed at this hotel before, and its location is truly beautiful and unique. This time, I planned the trip for my mother, who had never visited Trier before. Since she purchased the flight tickets herself, I made a non-refundable reservation at this hotel.

Unfortunately, shortly before our trip, I experienced a serious medical emergency and had to undergo urgent surgery. Due to my doctors’ strict instructions, I was not allowed to leave the house or drive, which made it impossible for me to bring my mother to Trier.

I contacted the hotel well in advance, clearly explained the situation, and stated that I could provide official medical reports. I requested either a date change or a cancellation. Both requests were rejected, with rigid adherence to policy and without any attempt at flexibility.

The amount we paid without ever staying at the hotel is financially irrelevant. What truly matters is the response. In an exceptional, well-documented medical situation, choosing to rely solely on policy rather than basic human consideration is deeply disappointing.

Professionalism should not be an excuse for the absence of empathy. Policies exist to guide decisions, not to replace judgment entirely.

This amount is likely insignificant for the hotel. However, I will almost certainly visit Trier many times in the future and will have many opportunities to choose where to stay. This hotel will not be one of them.

This experience left a strong and lasting negative impression.

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage. Direkte Parkmöglichkeit für PKW. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Pros:

Super Lage, Top Ausblick aus dem Frühstücksraum. Schön großes Zimmer mit gemütlichem Bett und Schreibtisch.
Frühstück muss man extra buchen, ich finde es lohnt sich.

Cons:

Einmal hat meine Zimmerkarte nicht funktioniert. Lag aber vielleicht an mir und falscher Lagerung im Geldbeutel. Wurde sofort behoben.

Schade, dass es keinen Fitnessraum gibt.
