Good quality hotel in the perfect location for exploring Trier and it's attractions. Good car park.
Pros:

Great hotel, directly across the road from the Porta Nigra itself. The main attractions of the city are within easy reach via the town centre. Rooms were spacious, clean and generally of good quality. Breakfast was expensive but an excellent standard. Lots of easy car parking available at a sensible price on site and very easy to find.

Cons:

Nothing negative comes to mind!

Schade - so eine tolle Lage - aber das Hotel ist leider nicht 4-Sterne würdig!

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit - im Badezimmer waren die Fugen von der Badewanne schimmlig. Es roch sehr unangenehm im ganzen Zimmer. Einmal wurde unser Zimmer nicht gemacht - wir meldeten das bei der Rezeption. Die Dame sagte uns - sie kümmere sich darum. Als wir um 22.00 Uhr vom Nachtessen gekommen sind - war es immer noch nicht gemacht. Ohne Entschuldigung. Wir reisten dann auch einen Tag früher ab!

Visst det är fyrstjärnigt men de stjärnorna delades nog ut på nittiotalet eller när det nu var fiskbensväv och sånt var

Läget mitt emot Porta Negra, goa sängar, bra städat och outstanding frukost.

Cons:

Rum 329, inget kylskåp, ingen nyckel till safen, vi la en handduk på golvet för att vatten inte skulle läcka ut i hallen när vi duscha.

Magnificent.
Pros:

Great breakfast. The view from the restaurant/breakfast room across the Porta Nigra could not be better. The hotel is located at the start of all the amazing historic city landmarks. Leave the hotel, cross the main road and take a right follow the original Roman city wall to the Mösel river or enter via the Porta Nigra and walk throuyght he middle of the city. A great visit!

Cons:

Nothing. A pity the hotel closes at the end of the year. Hopefully replaced by another worthy operator. Otherwise the hotel has go NO run down feeling at all and could well stay in operation for a long time ahead.

Nacch dem Frühstück wollte das clean Personal in unser Zimmer ,da ich nochmal ins Bad musste sagte mein Mann dem Personal das wir noch 10 min .brauchen würden,wir kamen ca 18 uhr von unserem Ausflug zurück das zimmer war leider nicht gemacht .....ich sagte an der Rezeption bescheid der junge man wollte jemanden schicken da wir dus hen wollte und platt waren sagte ich das jetzt am Abend niemand vorbei kommen muss aber das man es doch bitte weiter gibt .....beim auschecken fragte keiner mehr danach oder irgenwiw ne ents Huldigung für den preis wqs man für 2 Nächte zahlt ....schade

Pros:

Het hotel bevindt zich tegenover de Porta Nigra. Sublieme locatie! Personeel bij receptie en bij de ontbijtzaal is super behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
