Rovinj rocks! (Buy a squishy beach mat to properly enjoy the bathing experience!)
Pros:

First floor apartment overlooking the bustling street. Fabulous location, near the port but in the old town. A few minutes from the bathing rocks and the sea. Great Aircon. Shutters kept it cool and dark.

Cons:

It’s the shame the water in the kitchen wasn’t properly connected and that little bar / coffee shop on the ground floor is shut down.

la pulizia mediocre, la mancanza di illuminazione zona armadio, dovermi trascinare la valigia dal parcheggio alla struttura essendo in zona pedonale non ho potuto avvicinare l'auto e la struttura non offre servizio bagagli, cosa che consiglio anche a pagamento

Cons:

La stanza era squallida inoltre era presentata come stanza luxory d'hotel. Dato il prezzo 234 euro pensavamo fosse splendida. Nessuno ci ha accolto solo WhatsApp. Abbiamo pagato un taxi elettrico. La polvere sul lampadario di carta mi ha provocato allergia agli occhi. Abbiamo fatto presente ciò al gestore che ci ha ridotto il prezzo da 234 euro a 150.
Comunque ciò ha rovinato la nostra visita a Rovigno.

Peccato perché la posizione è veramente buona.
Pros:

Posizione ottima, in pieno centro. Ottima la presenza dell'ascensore.

Cons:

Non è un hotel e non c'è reception. Non effettua alcun servizio per trasportare i bagagli dal parcheggio che si trova molto distante dalla zona pedonale ed eccessivamente costoso. Camera sporca lenzuola e biancheria macchiati. Rapporti qualità prezzo basso.

Very disappointing.

The parking is a huge problem. The hotel is in pedestrian zone. You have to park outside the old city
Parking availability is not guaranteed. We found the parking relatively far, because everything else was full.
For 24 hours parking, we had to pay about 80 euro.
In addition, you have to pay for a "shuttle, which is a golf cart" to move your luggage from the parking to the hotel and back. The "shuttle" is an additional 30 euro. So 110 euro in addition to hotel cost. None of it is disclosed when you book the hotel, a complete surprise...
The "shuttle" availability is also a problem, we had to wait a 30 min for the first pick and 1.5 hours for the 2nd.
The wi-fi is not really working. You may connect sometimes to wi-fi but it's not always connecting to the internet. The few moments it's working it's slow and disconnects every few minutes.
Hot water. 2 people in the room, after the first person takes shower, there is no hot water for the 2nd person. At least not right away...
