Pros:

Ein sehr schönes historische, zentral gelegenes Hotel in Wiesbaden. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Austattung auf dem neuesten Stand. Es gab kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimner. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war sehr groß, auch evtl Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten besondere Ernährungsgewohnheiten wurden mit berücksichtigt. Das Personal ist freundlich und profesionel und jederzeit breit zu helfen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

TOP Übernachtungsmöglichkeit im Herzen von Wiesbaden
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes historisches Gebäude mit Stil. Mein Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet, das Bett war sehr bequem. Auch das Frühstück fand ich sehr gut. Außerdem sehr positiv: Trotz brütender Hitze draußen (35 °C) war mein Zimmer dank der gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage angenehm kühl.

Cons:

In meinem Zimmer gab es keine separate Dusche. Die kombinierte Dusch-Badewanne konnte ich aufgrund meiner Rückenproblematik nicht nutzen.

Great location, hotel had character and room was cool but very disappointed by the service
Pros:

Great air con, comfy beds, very good breakfast, great location, lovely spa (though seperate to hotel)

Cons:

Given double room on check in despite specifiying a superior twin with balcony. Receptionist at first said we had not done so but eventually admitted that we had done so and changed our room (upgraded but no balcony).
Shower over bath with curtain rather than walk in was not good and not accessible for my elderly mother.
We had out of date milk in the room which had gone bad two days in a row.
We ordered a taxi to take us to airport on departure through reception. We waited for it to arrive and when it did not come checked with reception who told us there had been no booking ! Luckily we got a taxi from the taxi rank instead but could have been a big problem.

ESTANCIA SATISFACTORIA EN UN HOTEL HISTORICO
Pros:

Ubicación excelente, Desayuno y cama excelente. Decoración salas planta baja excelente e históricas, un lujo. ünico defecto para mi , el no tener parking propio o cercano, Aconsejan KURHAUS PARKHAUS, pero en Coulinstrasse Parkhaus está más cerca y más barato,16 euros dia.

Gute Lage im Zentrum von Wiesbaden. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Schöner Frühstücksraum mit schönem Innenhof.

Cons:

Nur wenige Parkplätze am Hotel. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Teppichboden im Zimmer. Inkompetente und unfreundliche Bedienung in der Bar.
