Altes Hotel, mitten in der Stadt, keine PArkmöglichkeiten, TV kaputt. Nie wieder

Freundlichkeit der MA an der Rezeption

Cons:

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten, extrem altes Zimmer, Sauna war um 18:30 bereits geschlossen, TV kaputt (wurde auch trotz Bitte nicht repariert/getauscht)

It is a beautiful historical hotel. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

I loved the history and the size of our room. The breakfast was wonderful. Location was perfect to walk around shops, cafes, and parks.

Schöner Aufenthalt für einen Städtetag.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und ruhig.

Cons:

Vor allem das freundliche Personal, die Bar am Abend mit Live Musik, das unglaublich gute Frühstück, die Einrichtung wirklich original, man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben.Würde jederzeit nochmal herkommen wollen!

Отель с историей. Месторасположение. Завтраки. Постель.

Cons:

Не внимательный персонал. При регистрации не было проявлено уважение к человеку с ограниченными возможностями . 3 раза меняли номера. Заселили к 15:30, хотя гости приехали к 12:00 и номера были свободны. Отель был предупрежден заранее о дне рождении гостя, проигнорировали этот момент. Однако, могли бы хотя бы открытку принести в номер.
