Die überaus freundliche und flexible Art am Empfang.War ja nur für eine Übernachtung eingebucht.Bekomme in 2 Wochen eine neue Hüfte und bin deswegen zur Zeit mit Stöcken unterwegs.Man bat mich einen Moment Platz zu nehmen.Ich bekam dann nicht das für mich bereits vorgesehene Zimmer sonder direkt ein Zimmer am Aufzug.Kann dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen und werde wieder kommen zu einer Shopping Tour

Immer wieder gerne im Schwarzen Bock in Wiesbaden!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön, wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen und werden auch wieder kommen. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten. Das Frühstück ist üppig und lecker, die Bar ist schön und hat eine gute Atmosphäre. Alles in allem zu empfehlen!

Cons:

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer in der gleichen Kategorie gebucht, davon war eins sehr groß und wirkte wie ein Upgrade, das andere war super klein und wirkte wie ein Gesindezimmer. Solche riesigen Zimmerunterschiede bei gleicher Buchung und Preis sollten vermieden werden.

Gute Lage.
Das Ambiente des Hotels erinnert an "gute alte Zeiten", hat uns gut gefallen.
Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes, aber vollkommen ausreichend, mit guter Auswahl und schön präsentiert.

Cons:

Die Wege im Hotel sind teilweise sehr weit, da das Hotel doch Recht groß ist. Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren Gebäude. Nicht alle Zimmer sind barrierefrei zu erreichen.
