Pros:

Staff and service was exceptional. The body towels didn't appear to be as clean as I'd hope. Holding them up in the light I was able to see stains, perhaps from earlier use/laundering.

Pleasantly surprised!
Pros:

Amazing experience. The breakfast was top notch but the service from start to finish was the best!! From Mario at the front desk to the three servers I had either in the morning or evening for meals, I felt treated like a queen. Will definitely try to return.

Pros:

Great location with incredible level of service. You can always find a decent hotel but the level of service is what differentiates Hilton from the rest. This one in particular has great team members.
