They had everything you needed. Bar restaurants
We never even went because the hotel was taken over by asylum seekers by the home office . I was very angry by all this as it ruined all my wedding plans . As I was getting married on the Saturday

The receptionist was extremely pleasant, made me feel welcome.
Ordered a drink at the bar, was presented with the contactless payment machine, paid with my card. Sat down and then bar staff started demanding money as he had charged me the wrong amount. Very rude!

We had everything paid and set to stay with you then on a Friday late afternoon you inform us that you can no longer honour the reservation and will refund the money. The reason being that the hotel is being used for migrants.
In the last couple of years I have sent a lot of business your way. When the situation resolves itself and your back as a hotel that custom will not return.
