My pillows were flat n uncomfortable and the comforter was not clean. It had dust and hair on it , thankfully I took my own blanket so I didn't use it.
I was able to get a room with no problem.
The room was very small. Barely enough room for the bed and TV stand. There was no parking. That was the worst of it all. I had to pay for valet or public parking. Horrible situation in my opinion.
Localização e café da manhã.
Hotel um pouco “cansado”.
The location
The pool was not operable.
The location. That is all.
The filters were filthy like caked on dust and we had to request them to be changed twice for both of the rooms we rented. We had to change one of the rooms because it was super humid and only few outlets worked and the bathroom light was out. The second room no matter what temperature ac was set on it was freezing and it never turned off. The whole family ended up with terrible allergies from the hotel the first night staying there. Do not take a baby to stay there for this reason alone. This hotel used to be better than this. Huge disappointment overall.
The staff is great
Love the location
Love the hotel, location and staff. Clean room and a great value. The staff were super friendly and most helpful! Will definitely stay here again.
A beautiful clean , relaxing hotel, That is close to everything!!!
The bedding was superior
Everything the place is beautiful
Beds were a little too firm
The view was great.
The queen bed was rock hard. I have stayed in the king room, which was way better.
Very welcoming staff & pet friendly. Room was clean & comfortable.
The bar/restaurant had weird hours. Never knew if they were open or closed.
Very historical. Great location. Spooky for the ghost hunting!
Room was hot. Had to request a fan to be able to get to sleep. There wasn’t anything saying there pool wasn’t available until we got to the pool and found it was closed for renovations. A heads up would have been nice.
Great location. We could walk to the event we were attending and a lot to do/see very close to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Valet parking was good but expensive. Bed was very comfortable. Nice there was a comfy robe but only one and there were two of us. We were able to check out and leave our luggage with reception while we went out for the afternoon.
The room was very small, and we thought we would have a view of the Alamo. Someone told us all the rooms did but we did not. We were on the 14th floor so there was a view of the city and the parking lot. There were some weird noises of water running and groaning. These kept my husband awake so he did not get a good night's rest.
