Ghost Tour Guide Extraordinaire!
Pros:

Johnny gave us the “insider” ghost tour and it was great. He had just finished one group when we came in and turned around and offered us another when that one finished. He was so interesting, a great story teller, and energetic-didn’t miss a beat. He made us feel very special and even took us up on the roof! Thats a memory we will cherish forever, esp as we were celebrating my son’s 19th bday and he had his EMF with him and it LIT UP in all the places that Johnny took us - the 7th, 12th, and 14th floors plus the basement (formerly known as the mortuary). We heard a few employee stories too. He was great! Even though we were not staying at the Emily Morgan that night, we plan to on our next visit to San Antonio. I did not know it was in the top 5 most haunted hotels in the world!! Great job, Johnny!!! See you soon - Tracey and Jacob Hicks

Disappointing stay, 1 star hotel
Pros:

No heat in the room, low water pressure and lukewarm shower. Poor service at breakfast. The lobby smell gave me a headache. My room coffee supplies were not replenished.

Valet will Scam you $92
Pros:

Valet scammed me out of $92 bucks!!! Emily Morgan hotel will be officially off my list of Hotels to stay in the future, they have a valet service, great in theory. Until the valet parks your car somewhere and causes you to get a $92 bill from a colllection agency saying you got a ticket when you didn’t even park your car VALET DID!!! DO NOT STAY THERE! They can not be trusted with your things and something like that KNOWING they gave you a ticket and then not even trying to take care of it is low. I will not be staying there again and I will be writing a review about this on every platform possible.

Pros:

Location and and the room was really good.

Cons:

The air-conditioning is pre set and it's literally freezing through the night even if you change the thermostat. This wasn't appreciated by US especially with little children abd when we mentioned it at check out they told us that we had to call them and ask them to come up and change it. Wish this was mentioned before or a note in the room re the same would be appreciated.
