Prima hotel, personeel kan beter
Pros:

De kamers zijn schoon, fijne bedden. Locatie goed.
Alles ziet er verzorgd uit.

Cons:

Veel personeelsleden hebben moeite om vriendelijk te zijn. Vooral in het restaurant zijn er veel koud en afstandelijk. De airco in het restaurant staat te hoog en in de avond is het er te donker. Er wordt 100 dollar borg gevraagd per nacht per kamer. Er wordt automatisch 20% fooi gerekend voor al het eten en drinken in het hotel. Goed om te weten!

I miss the old Soho Grand which had benn my fsvorite
Cons:

The immense loudness because the soho grand has turned into a nightclub that happens to be a hotel. The entire focus is on the loud music events and the hotel has become a side show.
