Localizaçao otima, quarto e servico otimos, academia muito ruim.
Pros:

Quarto limpo, sem barulho, com otimo atendimento. Talvez precise de uma atualização. Mas em geral foi muito bom e recomendo.

Cons:

A academia é complete inaceitavel para um hotel desse porte. É minuscula, com pouquissimos aparelhos e fica totalmente lotada. Precisa urgente de uma academia maior.

Excellent hotel in SoHo.
Pros:

SoHo Grand is our go to hotel in NYC if we're planning to be in the downtown area. The location is great - close to shops, galleries, and restaurants. We had an amazing view (skyline with Empire State Bldg.) from our room on the 15th floor. The bed and bedding were super comfortable! I loved having the Nespresso machine in the room, as well as all the snacks and drinks in the mini bar. The shower water pressure is good, and the bathroom design is nice.
We had drinks and a snack at the lounge, and it was very enjoyable.

Cons:

There was a private event going on in the bar/lounge one night during our stay which made it a bit crazy but other than that, it was fine. The good thing is that we were on a higher floor so we couldn't hear it.

I booked a corner city view room. They put me on the 4th floor - my view was the pipes on the back of the old building next door.

Pros:

The hotel was amazing, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The Reservation Manager, Alexis Ortiz, was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my stay. He made me feel truly welcome and comfortable, as if I were staying at home.
