Very disappointing. We won't stay there again.
Cons:

There was a bath towel missing, which we had to pick up at the reception area because the receptionist said she was the only staff member in the hotel. The lamp in one of the night tables did not work, and the receptionist told me that we had to wait until the following day to have it fixed. It seems that this hotel has problems with its physical plant maintenance because water leaked from the sink faucet in the bathroom, the door knob to the room next door was about to fall, and the caulk finishing around the bathtub was in poor condition.
We chose this hotel based on its score and reviews, but frankly after staying there we were left wondering about the quality of those reviews.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

This was a nice hotel to stay at. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice.

It was disappointing and not worth the money.

Breakfast was good, and the room was clean.

Cons:

The breakfast made me sick, and the bed and pillows were super uncomfortable. The elevator button was also broken on the second floor.

Nice hotel! Close to the interstate. Friendly atmosphere.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean from the lobby to the room. The staff was very attentive. The king room we had was so nice. It was equipped with a microwave and fridge. The provided toiletries in the bathroom was a nice touch.

Cons:

our stay was only one night so we were not there long enough to find any flaws.
