If you walk to the strip, it is not close and the walk is uphill. Not as easy as we thought.

Good location friendly staff, had a problem in room and it was resolved in a timely matter. Our go to further stays.
Pros:

Close to UNLV, the strip, rooms are exceptionally beautiful loved the 2 bedroom 2 story loft. Kids loved it too.

Bella struttura, ma alcuni aspetti da migliorare
Pros:

Hall molto bella, elegante e spaziosa. La camera è ampia e pulita, anche se poco luminosa. Interessante la presenza di tre piscine, anche se una non era accessibile durante il nostro soggiorno. La posizione è comoda, a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla Strip.

Cons:

Il personale alla reception non è stato particolarmente cordiale o disponibile. Un aspetto da migliorare riguarda la gestione degli asciugamani: in camera è presente un avviso con i costi applicati in caso di mancata restituzione, addebitati sulla carta lasciata come garanzia. Al nostro arrivo, però, mancavano già alcuni asciugamani e teli. Ce ne siamo accorti subito e siamo dovuti tornare alla reception per segnalarlo. Sarebbe meglio verificare la dotazione della camera prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti, soprattutto considerando che al checkout non viene effettuato un controllo insieme al cliente. In questo modo si eviterebbero possibili equivoci o addebiti non dovuti.

Good stay overall.
Pros:

Pool was good size but there are days it wasn’t cleaned and the filter wasn’t on. Rooms are clean and spacious but during our stay no housekeeping crew ever cleaned or changed our towels even though we made a request for it.

Cons:

It was the dirty pool with debris from palm trees floating and sinking to the bottom. Filter wasn’t on and no one was cleaning the pool.

Couverts en plastique dans la cuisinette !
Pas de ménage quotidien, uniquement le changement des serviettes.
Jardiniers des 7h00 à utiliser des engins thermiques, très bruyant !

Its a fantastic "hidden deal"; a gem for traveling business people with pets!

This hotel is perfect for those traveling with pets. The rooms face out onto big grass lawns with cleanup stations everywhere. The rooms a large, clean, and affordable.
