Le séjour avait du potentiel, mais le service m’a clairement dissuadée d’y revenir.
Pros:

J’ai apprécié le petit-déjeuner ainsi que la propreté de l’établissement, ce sont de vrais points positifs.

Cons:

j’ai été très déçue par le service à l’accueil. On m’a demandé une carte de crédit physique que je n’avais pas et lorsque j’ai demandé s’il existait une solution (voire une carte debit ou mastercard …), mais on m’a tout simplement dit de chercher un autre hôtel, sans aucune tentative d’aide ni explication.
Après un long voyage de 7 heures, j’étais épuisée, et me retrouver dans une telle situation a été très inconfortable. De plus, la manière dont ils parlent aux clients manquait clairement de professionnalisme. C’est dommage car cela gâche l’expérience globale.

Le confort et le service à la clientèle en général

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner. Le buffet n’était pas à la hauteur. Le chef n’était pas là pour les omelettes. Il n’y avait plus de saumon fumé ni de fruits. Les gaufres étaient secs.
