I’m not a breakfast guy
Most of the staff were pleasant and friendly. There were constant efforts to keep the facilities clean.
The menu was not appetizing, and we had no choice but to have food delivered throughout our stay.

Hilton Greenville, seamless check-in, immaculate rooms, clean to a fault, staff, friendly, professional and welcoming! Special shoutout to Erick B at the front desk, small panic, early flight , lost car keys four travelers all going through luggage with no success. Eric B, cool, calm and collected presented options and possibilities regarding the disposition of our car while traveling and assuring us like the profession he is! Find the keys!
There are too many who whine and complain, too few whe say when it’s right. Greenville Hilton and Erick B are doing it right! Best review says: “we’ll be back!! Great Job!
Super disappointing- showed up after 1am for a soccer tournament and there was only one person working the desk so had to wait for 45 minutes. This could have been avoided if my digital key worked - but it did not. If you’re going to offer the technology you should make sure that it works. I was able to “unlock the elevator” but not the room.
The property is nice. Close to our travel destination for the holiday. We have stayed here 2 years ago, and that’s what made me decide to visit back.
When we first arrived, customer service was great! Checked in right away. However, we get off the elevator and it was a mix between a mildew/cat urine odor. Addressed the front desk, mentioned it was just an odor “overnight.” No issues the next day. However, our last night there, there was some sort of “pipe burst.” What made me upset, was that I had heard this from other guests staying there. They advised us when we walked in, about “no hot water or heat.” Guests, no recipient at the front desk!. Now I had a 3 year old with me, she needed a bath, and yet alone, it was freezing in the room! Couldn’t adjust the “heat.” I finally went to the front desk around 11:00 PM, the gentlemen said, “I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but this isn’t going to be resolved until tomorrow afternoon.” Now at that point, we had to check out at 11:00 AM. So nothing was offered to us, or was there a different scenario.
