Budget stay near airport with free shuttle. I will return.
Pros:

I was looking for a budget place to stay near the airport with a free shuttle to get to my morning flight. Airport shuttle runs 24 hours on the half hour. I was warned that they leave exactly on time and they did. (fantastic!) The room was clean. Outside room door. Everything seemed as expected for a room at this price point and age of the hotel. It is near the airport and the freeway, so noise levels as expected. 4 flight attendants were on my shuttle to the airport. They were definitely repeat customers multiple times. That says to me that the rooms are consistently clean. I will definitely return if I need a room near the airport again!

Cons:

Front desk staff are very efficient and did not seem interested in any small talk. I saw comments before I arrived that they were rude. I did not find them to be at all rude. Just efficient and not necessarily friendly. The lady who was taking care of the breakfast was cheerful and friendly.

Good value for your money
Pros:

5 minutes drive from Airport, try out that Chinese Buffet ICHIBAN nearby about 3 mins walk. Great food and a wide selection to choose from.

Cons:

The openness, anyone could just walk up to my property. No fencing. I guess that's how Suites and Inns are in the USA
