Pros:

Room was ready before 14.00 so we didn't have to wait which was great. It was really comfortable and clean. Hotel is also close to metro station.

Hotel limpo, quarto de dimensão boa, pequeno almoço continental completo, funcionárias do restaurante muito simpáticas. Localização fora do centro mas com estação de metro perto.

Pros:

La limpieza y la amabilidad del personal. Al principio pensaba que la ubicación no era buena pero la estación de metro está a 7 u 8 minutos andando y en cuatro paradas estás en el Coliseo.

Cons:

Al ser una zona cercana a un hospital se escuchan muchas ambulancias, pero está tranquilo de turistas.

Pros:

Camera grande, pulita, ottimi servizi e colazione. A pochi minuti dalla stazione

Cons:

Giunto alle ore 17 mi volevamo dare la camera alle 18:30 quando il check in è previsto alle 14.
Appena consegnate le chiavi e giunto in camera ho notato che la camera era occupata con effetti personali di altre persone. Organizzazione da rivedere

Mi aspettavo di piu da un best western
Pros:

Stanza grande e pulita, provvista di asciugacapelli “vero”, acqua e infusi offerti, presente piccola cabina armadio e cassaforte. Pulizie ottime. Colazione varia. Convenzione con autorimessa vicino per parcheggiare. Terrazzino privato della camera.

Cons:

Lavandino otturato, non scendeva l’acqua. Struttura non accessibile con passeggini/carrozzine (c’è una scalinata per entrare). Non ha parcheggio, nemmeno un piccolo parcheggio carico scarico bagagli. Ristorante non molto buono e con pochissima scelta. Metro vicina ma non proprio dietro l’angolo. Mi hanno scalato i soldi tutti in anticipo per il soggiorno e appena arrivati al check in hanno voluto saldate tassa di soggiorno (anche per i bambini piccoli di 1 e 3 anni, cosa che in altri hotel non mi è stata mai chiesta, non so se sia Roma diversa da altre città) e mezza pensione.
