More than a great location
Pros:

Doorman JAN is the best welcome ever! All staff were consistently warm, cheerful, attentive, helpful, and responsive. We got a call to check about our request for the room to be cleaned as we had forgotten to remove the do not disturb sign. It was a pleasant surprise.
Very comfortable bed, great cocktails, BBar alternative food venue, of course incredible location

Cons:

Our room was extremely compact, especially for the room rate

Perfect Location, excellent staff very happy and cheerful place to stay.

The staff were excellent, very helpful and cheerful, A special note to Dan who went out of his way to help and chat to us making sure we were happy.

Cons:

The view out of our room window was generators, this could not be helped. however the only thing I would pick as a negative.

I enjoyed my stay except for the minor stressful moments when communicating with the hotel staff.
Pros:

The hotel's location is truly exceptional. It's a 5-minute walk from Buckingham Palace and very, very close to the heart of London. The hotel facilities are very good : room, cleanliness, decorations, with a special mention for the welcome products.

Cons:

None of the many people at reception knew a word of French. None one was willing to make an effort to try and translate what I didn't understand. Sometines, the staff at reception showed their annoyance. No help was given to carry my three suitcases down to the sidewalk. I had to call a taxi myself to get to the station.

Pros:

Not a great deal to be honest. The setting of the breakfast room was nice.

Cons:

Very small dingy room. Room smelt damp. Bathroom is very small, no ventilation. They put on a £15 service charge on leaving. You are confronted with this and it is awkward then if you decline it. Awful practice.
