It’s wonderful except one of our rooms was exceptionally small.
The housekeeping was poor.
Stayed during a heatwave and the air conditioning here was just the best! Check in was lovely too, I can’t remember the ladies name but she had a good chat with us about our plans.
When we arrived in the room we found we had a twin instead of a double/king.
Location is excellent as are the staff, the food, and the overall feel of the place.
I was in room 133 which was located next to a staff only room - the noise coming from there was annoying and really disrupted my stay. I did speak to the front desk to make them aware and asked that I am not put in that room in future!
Location
Lack of flexibility on the booking. Had to leave one night early but hotel refused any type of refund.
Staff was very friendly, i got a room upgrate which was most welcomed, thank you guys, i will return
Room was spacious. Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfy. Attentive Staff. Great air con.
Room decor tired and not as pristine as you would expect for a 5 star hotel. Towels could have been of a better standard too. Spa facilities would be a great addition to this hotel.
Very bad wrong
Nice location
Can’t remember
We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The location was absolutely perfect for the Hyde Park event we were attending, and it was an added bonus to be within walking distance of Buckingham Palace and many of London’s other iconic attractions.
The staff truly made our stay memorable. Sophie, who checked us in, was incredibly warm, welcoming, and informative. She took the time to explain everything we needed to know and made us feel valued from the moment we arrived.
A huge thank you also to Pascal, who took care of parking our car. Having valet parking in central London was a real luxury and completely took away the stress of finding a parking space, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay.
The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, giving us a great night’s sleep after a busy day exploring the city. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and always happy to help, creating such a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.
A special thank you to Sophie and Pascal for going above and beyond. They are a real credit to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!
Nothing
Location Location! Close to Victoria tube and all the sights. It is either a short walk or tube trip to all the main attractions and sights. Staff were incredibly helpful.
I felt I was paying a lot for the location rather than luxury and this meant it was in my opinion, overpriced. This didn’t detract from a wonderful stop in London and at the Rubens.
The employees and staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Beautiful hotel with wonderful service. Steps away from Buckingham palace.
Breakfast could use a little more variety.
Good location. Room very small for the price. We had dinner in the restaurant and had to wait an hour for my seafood cocktail which consisted of 4 tiny prawns, a slice of cucumber a tomato and loads of lettuce, the mains requested were not available and neither was the wine and it was a very disappointing start. The new choice of main and dessert were nice but we thought very over priced. The air con in our room was ace and the breakfast really tasty. We had such high expectations and it was all a bit of an anticlimax and wouldn’t return.
Long delays between courses and not advising what was no longer available on the menu until after we made our choices.
Posizione eccezionale, proprio dietro Buckingham Palace.
DAVVERO INCONCEPIBILE IN UN 5 stelle. Soluzione alternativa mi è stata offerta per l’ultima notte, poiché prima l’hotel era completo. Ormai, dovendo trasferire le mie cose e mancando solo una notte, ho rinunciato. Scuse del management e piccolo cadeau alla partenza. Promessa di un upgrade gratuito entro 12 mesi se decidessi di tornare.
