The room was large enough, the bathroom was big enough. The rooms were updated. The bed was comfortable. The temperature of the room was controllable and comfortable. The front desk person was pleasant and informative.
There was a dog fee, plus returnable deposit. Some other hotels offer 1 dog free. The floor was quite dirty. The bath tub knob was backwards so to get hot water you had to have it on cold. I almost didn't take the shower I had been waiting for because I thought there was no hot water.
I got a clean room in a convenient location right off the highway, near plenty of stores, restaurants, and gas stations.

The room was clean and the front desk was very helpful.
Breakfast could of been better. Maybe some eggs and bacon or sausage.

Too many people in other rooms complaining about bugs. It’s a continental breakfast, which means just that, nothing fancy toast, a muffin oatmeal, coffee nothing hot (eggs, waffles or anything like that)

Most staff was extremely polite and friendly. One desk clerk (older male) was rude as he||. Our room was pet friendly (wood vinyl floors though entire room. Upstairs units were complaining of cockroaches (elderly couple in town for BGUS patients weekend also had an issue with bugs. Never seen one in our room an we were there over a month.
No breakfast options, the room was super dirty and refrigerator wasn't working, also the house keeping wasn't good. There were so many cockroachs around, it wasn't a clean room at all.

It took 2.5 hours to get towels and there were bugs in the room.

Took a deposit that wasn’t listed, then when it can time to refund, they pretended that I didn’t stay with them and told me to reach out to booking.com. How on earth would booking.com be able to help a deposit the hotel charged? When I spoke to the hotel, they were aggressive and refused to work with me.
This place stinks everything is old and dirty
Bed was comfortable, but not very clean. Also, there was a roach in our room, along with a few dead ones in the drawers. I assume that they stay actively combating the bug issue due to there being many more dead, than alive. Our room had no issues with bed bugs though which is always my biggest worry with any hotel. I very thoroughly checked for them. lol
Overall, for the price, it wasn’t bad at all. Much better than I expected, but not nearly as nice as the photos make it seem.
Toilet set loose. No drinking water and extra toilet paper.
