Don’t feel as though the staff match the 5* status.

Cons:

Staff - have stayed here before and have had 2 bookings during this stay. My wife and I separately booked an additional night to extend a family stay booked via my father in law. So we’ve had 4 nights in total. Breakfast staff were extremely slow, and we had to ask 3 times for an update on a coffee order. We waited 15 minutes for a member of staff to come and take our order, to which when still eating after their delay, we’re told by waiting staff that they were closing the restaurant.
BAR STAFF - we were told what to have to eat from the bar staff, and were told we had 2 minutes to order at 10:45, when the drinks arrived we then had to ask for a glasses for drinks in glass bottles.
In previous stays we have booked the deluxe double and have had a much bigger room, I’m not sure if this is just luck or a one off, but there shouldn’t be such a variation between room sizes when booking the same room option. There was an expectation when booking and this hasn’t been met.

Cons:

Room the AC and safe didn’t work, my wife didn’t sleep as room was too warm. Staff are willing but either there are a number of new staff or they need additional training. Breakfast was chaotic and on Friday night we had a waitress try and tell us what food to order (it was comical)

Pros:

Great hotel, perfect location. The breakfast was really good. The bed is comfortable and I loved the shower. The staff are really nice and try to resolve every issue to your satisfaction.

הדבר הכי חשוב זאת ההרגשה להתקבל כל יום בחיוך, בברכת שלום, בשאלה האם יש משהו שבאפשרותם לסייע - מכל אנשי הצוות במלון ובעיקר בקבלה ומשירותי הקונסיירז' במיוחד ריאז ודויד. היה מאוד נעים לפגוש אתכם במהלך השהות במלון. החדר יחסית קטן אבל המיטה נוחה, מזגן מצוין, פינוק יומי של מילוי דברי שתיה במקרר. מקלחת נהדרת, ניקיון מושלם.לחגיגת יום הולדת חיכתה הפתעה בחדר שממש שימחה. מיקום קרוב לתחנת הרכבת התחתית בשכונה נעימה וסמוך לפארק ולארמון.אהבנו מאוד את המלון ונשמח לחזור ולהתארח שוב
