Bästa läge, hög allmän standard men räkna inte med hög nivå på rummet även om du bokar deluxe.

frukosten ör utmärkt, rikligt utbud, fräscht, flera tillval.

Cons:

Rummet motsvarde inte den standard vi hade bokat. Badrumsdörren höll inte ute ljud viket var mycket obehagligt. Garderoben är alldeles för liten och för kort, inget för oss med klänningar. Städningen var lite svajig, tog inte med sig smutsdisk, städade sent. Receptionspersonalen var förvånansvärt ointresserade.

Not so fair in Mayfair?
Pros:

Superb central location in Mayfair. Great bedding and facilities. Attentive personnel.

Cons:

The price level is very high. It was most unpleasant that a service charge was charged on top of the agreed room rate. It only showed after payment (and when we had left the premises) that this was a “discretionary” payment. It was NOT in accordance with the conditions as booked on booking.com.

Luxury, Comfort, and Service Done Right
Pros:

I stayed at The Mayfair Townhouse for four nights and loved every minute. The staff are exceptionally helpful, truly going above and beyond what you might expect. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. Boris and his team deserve special recognition for their outstanding service.

The hotel itself is also fantastic. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance of major shopping areas, beautiful parks, great restaurants, and key tourist attractions. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained, with very comfortable beds and pillows, a complimentary minibar and snacks, a heated bathroom pad, and high-quality toiletries.

Breakfast was a real highlight, excellent quality and served by a warm, attentive team. I also made use of the gym, which was well-equipped and in great condition.

I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros:

Good location in Mayfair, this used to be the Green Park Hotel but it has been taken over and been updated.
Stay was comfy and the room clean. No information was given to us at check in regarding breakfast, wi-fi or that the mini bar and snacks were complimentary.
Staff were all pleasant but more info at check in would’ve been good.

Cons:

Nothing it was all very good.

La posizione veramente comoda rispetto alla Piccadilly Line e super centrale rispetto a molti punti d interesse. Colazione di bella qualità, magari non con tantissima scelta ma di qualità.

Cons:

Insonorizzazione. Le persone che parlano in corridoio sono in camera con te: di notte ho pensato che qualcuno fosse entrato dentro la camera tanto era vicino il rumore. Situazione peggiorata dal fatto che eravamo molto vicine all uscita del corridoio quindi tutti passavano davanti alla nostra stanza. Assolutamente devono migliorare questo aspetto.
