Important information:

Breakfast is only included for extra guests when they have paid for an extra bed. Extra beds cost an additional GBP 40 per person per night.

Families are welcome at The Rembrandt, and children aged 4 or under stay for free when sharing with an adult. For families of three, a number of rooms can either accommodate a roll-away bed or a sofa bed. Guests must notify the hotel at the time of booking through Special Requests exactly how many adults and children will be in each room. Please be advised that the hotel cannot always guarantee a room if they are not made aware in advance that there will be three people in one room.

If you have reserved a rate that requires a deposit, for your security, the credit card used for pre-payment must be presented at check in. If the guest does not have access to that credit card, they must be able to provide an official form of photo I.D. i.e. Passport or photo driving license, a copy of which will be retained by the hotel.

Please note that the Health Club, including the Steam Room, is now open to hotel guests at a discounted rate. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 07:00 - 22:00, and Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 08:00 - 20:00. Last entry is 45 minutes before closing. Children are welcome to use the pool all day Saturday and Sunday, and from 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Very nice Hotel
Pros:

I have stayed at this Hotel before and have always found it very pleasant.
Just a five minute walk from South Kensington tube station and opposite the VA museum. Harrods is a 10 minute walk up the road. We had room 559 which I was slightly disappointed with. The bathroom is very small and not big enough two have two people in at the same time. the furniture is old and looking dated, however the bed was comfortable and the room had a safe, mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Note to housekeeping...please leave adequate sugar and teabags, two of each is not enough!! Breakfast was included with our booking and this is always good, plenty of choice hot and cold. To sum up, very nice Hotel but please re-furbish your older double classic rooms. I will upgrade next time.

Nice room but serve yourself breakfast
Pros:

Excellent location, front of house staff were professional and friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

Couldn't open the cupboard marked tea and coffee (appeared locked although staff said I should have alerted them i didn't realise and presumed it was hotel policy so no early morning refreshment before breakfast. The breakfast is mediocre at best all self-service with machine coffee. Not a 4 star hotel experience unfortunately..

Der Pool ist am Morgen und am Abend für Erwachsene reserviert. Ab 9 - 15 Uhr ist er für Kinder offen, da waren wir jedoch immer unterwegs.

Great stay
Pros:

Stayed for three nights on a business trip. I didn’t book or choose the hotel it was booked as a group. The staff were friendly and the hotel well located. Room was a reasonable size for London and had everything that I needed. Breakfast was pretty good although full self service. Lunch menus was great. I used the spa facilities which are connected with the hotel but you have to pay separately. I would recommend this hotel and will stay again.

A great place to stay (but not have breakfast).
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location in South Kensington with plenty of pubs and restaurants in walking distance and easy access to public transport links. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and thought had obviously gone into the amenities offered (socket by full length mirror, small reading spot lights on each side of the bed etc. - small things but make a big difference). The bar staff were very efficient and friendly. Sadly, the breakfast let the hotel down. The buffet "hot food" was lukewarm warm at best and did not look appetising. Not sure why so many hotels cannot provide a hot, enjoyable breakfast. Having said that, I would stay again without hesitation.
