Access to the spa aside, we were pleasantly surprised on all fronts. Breakfast was good, too.
Pros:

Excellent location for our purposes and easy to reach by public transport. Staff were lovely and gave us a room with great facilities for the disabled. We hadn't asked for that - I think they just saw us coming! We were very appreciative of that.

Cons:

We have some mobility problems, and were not aware that access is to the spa area is not great for anyone with mobility issues. We had really looked forward to using the spa, and we did, but I wouldn't tackle it again. Perhaps giving clear notice of that would be an idea.

Pros:

Location, cleanliness, bed comfort, bathroom large.

Cons:

Room was small difficult for 2 people to move around in. Heater overworked. We needed AC even when outside temperature was low. Additional shelf over or opposite toilet for toiletry bags would have been helpful.

Great location, small hot rooms
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location, and good breakfast

Cons:

I paid 167 GBP for an attic room, which was small, and like a sauna, I had to open the windows and turn the AC on when I arrived. The bath also leaked, and I had to use the tools to soak up the water.

The spa facilities are an additional cost I didn't realise until I had arrived, and for 15 quid, it was disappointing.

Not value for money and will not stay there again although a regular visit to London.
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Breakfast, coffee was undrinkable. No table service. I would expect proper coffee brewed not from a machine with UTH milk. Surely the Rembrandt is better than that?
Room too small no chairs. Found old T shirt on floor and remote under the bed. Made us stay on the fifth floor at the back of hotel for £229! Staff courteous.
