It was my first time staying in Cheyenne and it was perfect. No issues.
Pros:

The Staff and breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here. The location was great. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. The beds were very comfortable 😊.

Pros:

The beds are extremely comfortable, the showers are hot and everything is very clean! Breakfast was kept fresh and had good variety.

Cons:

The pool is freezing! The pumps weren't running to circulate the water. The room was warm... too warm, even with the air running.

Ice pool sucked, moldy bathroom, the room was clean otherwise, and breakfast was good.
Pros:

The room was nice and the staff was great!! The breakfast spread was decent as well. The night desk clerk was great help and compassionate about our issues and did what he could to accommodate.

Cons:

The pool was ice cold and apparently they've known for weeks and haven't fixed it. We only get a hotel for the pool, so it was very disappointing. There was also mold all over the bathroom. It was a decent enough stay, but we definitely won't be staying again at this location.
