A bit worn down, but good value for money and with a swimming pool. Didn’t have the breakfast so no comment there. Walking distance to the falls.
room 211. nice and clean if rundown.
The room was clean. The bed very comfortable. Balcony was great. The bathroom was very small, but we made it work.
Absolutely need a microwave in the room. there was a refrigerator to store leftovers but no way to reheat them. I inquired at front desk and was told there was no microwave on the property. NOT GOOD

Price location comfort
Older but to be expected. Bathtub was slippery
Not too much overall
Hottub was too hot and pool was cold, couldn't use them all, one of the reasons we picked this place. Toilet was slow draining, tub tap was hard to turn on and adjust temp. Staff didn't know English to ask them something, wasn't told to talk to the front desk for hepIt's very aged,. Getting to the parking spot was hard to get to and back because of the sloop because I need to use a walker. Paint peeling off the steps and walls all over the ground. Breakfast wasn't worth the money... Sink taps dripping. Not enough outlets for my cpap machine and our phone chargers. TV are out dated. In the pool area there are still signs ar Michel Inn still showing and you can still see where the fitness center used to be behind the faded papers
Fue muy bonito
Would not recommend this hotel. It could really us a good up date. I don't think its been up dated for over 20 years.
Wallpaper falling off the walls, musty smell, patio has big chunks out of it.
Location was great, and the balcony on the room had a spectacular view. The room also came with great facilities including a pool and a spa, and the price was extremely reasonable.
The state of the bathroom was acceptable, but it should have been cleaner.
The jacuzzi tub in the room was massive and a nice luxury. The location was great, walking distance to a lot of attractions and food
The heater in the room let out a horrible poisonous stench. The TV was unwatchable, terrible picture and a paper guide for the channels. Improper ventilation in the room for such a large jacuzzi tub. Kind of gross to have carpets in a room with a big tub in it as well. The biggest issue was with billing. I was charged multiple times and then refunded multiple times without any real explanation or care from the front desk staff. The charges weren't making sense and it seemed like they weren't too concerned about it until I asked very specific questions when suddenly more information was revealed. Watch your credit card here.
