Great location but needs an update
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great. Walking distance to Niagara Falls. I ended up seeing the fireworks one night it was literally in front of the hotel. The buffet was also great, we ended up going every morning. The food did not change, but it was a good selection and the hostess was very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The hotel rooms definitely needs an update. There were no plugs on the desk or end tables for your devices. There was an extension cord that had extra plugs on the floor that I ended up using. Unless you enjoy vintage furniture and flooring, it just seemed old and dingy. Parking was also tight, but we managed to find a space each night.

Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, die Betten waren super bequem und das Personal ist sehr freundlich gewesen.

Cons:

Der Poolbereich (nutzt man ja eigentlich sowieso kaum) war leider etwas ekelhaft. Die Einrichtung im Eingangsbereich und in den Gängen wirkt wie aus einem Horrorfilm.. aber die Zimmer sind wirklich total schön!

Pros:

Гарне розташування, неподалік від усіх активностей. Дуже порадував сніданок, щоправда, за додаткову оплату. Хочемо подякувати управляючій ресторану Sue, Ви зробили наші сніданки незабутніми.

Cons:

Деякі частини готелю потребують реновації, але загалом усе добре.

The location was good.

Cons:

I had to pay a lot for a basic breakfast which i though it is included in that high price that i paid.Basic and not enough stuff in the bath room. The WIFI was sooo weak in the room. The price was high so it did not deserve it to stay there.

Would stay again, which pretty much says everything for me.
Pros:

Location was excellent! We got a lovely view without being super close to all the crowds. Beds were clean and comfortable and having a triple queen room was perfect for our group. Plenty of nice towels! Simple accommodations that met our needs perfectly.

Cons:

If you’re looking for an updated decor, this isn’t your place. Otherwise, it’s great!

L'emplacement près des chutes

Cons:

Mes dicussions avec l'hôtel et booking au sujet du petit déjeuner qui était compris avec ma réservation mais que l'hôtel n'avait pas compris. Après 2 appels au service clientèle de Booking, le nécessaire a été fait.
