Pros:

Love this place. Second stay ay this property and this absolutely great. Clean, comfortable, close to the falls, river view amazing. No complaints. Price is higher than I expected but i can tell it’s not too bad

Pros:

Great location. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Old rooms and furniture. Carpet needs serious maintenance. Old wallpaper from the 60s maybe. A bit of humidity spots and mold on some corners.

Our room was right to a Service storage room. It was extremely annoying to hear that door getting opened and closed 10 times an hour...

Quiet, comfortable and close to the Rainbow Bridge
Pros:

The locatio., I had to go over the rainbow bridge a few times. And it is a quiet hotel and affordable. I got a good night's rest, and I enjoyed the balcony.

Cons:

Could use updating, just the wallpaper was stained and where there were pictured hanging the holes of the nails were not covered well. The bathroom was small, didn't have a fan.

One of the cheapest hotels in the area but also feels like it.
Pros:

Nearby the falls so it iwas easy to access

Cons:

The first morning, the room's balcony entrance was filled with hundreds of ants and we were stuck dealing with that instead of going to enjoy the falls. The pillows were very uncomfortable, resulting in neck pain. The heater felt like it was from the 80s the way it was making noise like a fighter jet was taking off.

Pros:

The location is perfect, close enough to everything but far enough away from the noise and crowds. Loved walking under the bridge to get from the hotel to Clifton Hill--with a must stop at Reg's on the way! The room was great, had everything we needed. Loved having a balcony--the view of the river, Niagara Falls NY casino, balloon and Rainbow Bridge was awesome to look at day and night. Pool and hot tub looked great, although we didnt get time to use either one. Beds were comfy too! Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit outdated, could use a few upgrades. (but we're not too picky and don't really care about these things--we mostly use the hotel to sleep). We had a drip coming from the roof outside our room and a pretty slow draining tub so while showering you were standing in a half foot of water.
