Lovely friendly staff and the location of the hotel is perfect for a theatre show and shopping on Oxford Street,
A little noise from traffic so ask for a room on a higher floor.
Great place to stay in the heart of the city
Nothing we did not like about the property.
Beautiful boutique hotel in great location. The room was tastefully decorated albeit very small - I did book a single room and expected it in a city like London so can’t complain about it. I would definitely return to this property.
Checked in by a guy who did not sound sober. Gave me room 202 that turned out to be filthy, bed unmade, bottle of alcohol on the table. I called reception and whilst explaining to the gentleman what my problem was, then he dropped the call on me. I called again and spoke to a different person, who offered to change my room. I was carrying two large suitcases and had to go downstairs to get new cards and get back up again. Service was HORRIBLE! I say this as someone that always uses Mandeville Hotel. I will not be coming back anymore!
Better trained staff and service
Hotel is in a great location, close to many great restaurants, cafes, and shops including Selfridges & Mark & Spencer department stores. Just a 5 minute walk to Oxford Street & Bond Streets with Underground close by.
Hotel staff were exceptional, especially the breakfast staff who were polite, professional & so very helpful. Breakfast selection was great with personal option of cooked eggs. A big shout out and thank you to the staff.
I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.
Nothing.
Very clean comfortable smart bedroom
The restaurant bar are looked a little tired-excellent staff though!
The convenience of being close to the center of the West End., and still being quiet.
Habitación y baño extremadamente chico

Every thing
None
The standard rooms aren't huge, but they are efficiently and well laid-out. The desk was functional, there was a ful closet with plenty of hangers, well-stocked bathroom and mini-bar, and bathrobes, which I love. Great location for shopping, eating, and getting around; halfway between Hyde Park and Regents Park for outdoor space/running.
There was no way to keep the shower from spraying water onto the bathroom floor (i.e., no shower curtain); it's designed for that (there's a drain in the bathroom floor), but it's a bit annoying. And my room key got demagnetized every day, even without being held near my phone.
Excellent location, friendly staff
Tacky carpets, look old and needs refurbishing. Rooms are tiny, barely any amenities in the room.
I booked this hotel for my daughter based on location and the booking.com review score of 8.4 but I cannot understand how this ever got above a 5 score and that’s for location only. Her check in staff were rude and unhelpful, The whole place needs a major refurb starting with the room she initially got that stunk of cigarettes. The second room had an air conditioner that sounded like a Boeing 737 taking off and a carpet so unclean she didn’t dare walk on it in bare feet. Atrocious and the last time I’ll be guided by a booking.com score or others reviews which I can only assume have been fabricated from a troll farm somewhere
Everything just awful steer clear even a London premier inn is better
Great location. Very helpful friendly staff. Room clean and bed comfortable.
Room was good but a little disappointed as did not look like the photos advertised. Didn’t look as luxurious as photos.
