Clean enough in room and in the communal areas.
Room was small, so was bed.
We have stayed at the Mandeville a number of times and we particularly like the location. It is good value for money for a central hotel in London.
We think the breakfast offering is expensive, so we always have breakfast somewhere else.
Location and staff where absolutely wonderful. Staff could not do enough for you. 2 time back in 4 weeks and hope to return in the future.

Location was excellent, particularly for the Wigmore Hall and the Wallace Collection. The room was comfortable, roomy and spotless. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of fresh fruit, cereals and cooked breakfast.

Excellent hotel, staff were incredible. Every person was proactive and engaged. Special shout out to Nikita who was just brilliant, very welcoming and kind. I asked her if she like working there and she said "absolutely we have a lovely team and a brilliant manager". What more can you ask of your team leadership but to instil a strong culture and it shows in every interaction.
