Niets eigenlijk
The hotel is very well located. It’s close to everything. It was perfect! I loved it!
The staff member who received us with the luggage was very helpful, eager to carry the bags, very smiley — and I believe it was because of the tip (which he did receive). I even felt he was a bit “fake.”
The next day, I asked him for some information and he almost ignored me. Very rude.
Another negative point was the room we were initially given… tiny.
The bathroom had a glass door, with no sealing, facing the bed, offering no privacy.
loved loved loved this hotel. so many times in london it is a roll of the dice whether your room will be comfy and service first-rate. it has become the new normal, as a frequent traveler to london. i became used to a shoe-box room and limited views; it just motivated me to get out and enjoy the town. this place was very different. it was almost regal, with room size and quietness, huge bath, and the most attentive service that really cared about me. i have stayed at lovely hotels with snobby service (metropolitan, sanderson), and less than regal hotels with truly caring service (karma sanctum, the cumby, ibis shoreditch), but this hotel seemed to hit all the right spots in body, mind , and soul, it was fantastic.
amar welcomed me at the front desk, and was charming. carlos, front doorman, was great- offered neighbourhood highlights for dining and area highlights. i didn't know my plan included breakfast! great bangers and full english spread. after traveling around the UK following gorillaz, i came down with the crud in liverpool. the staff brought hot water with lemon, ginger and honey every morning. area madness just 2 blocks away. where i was had quiet and did i mention charm?
so close to the bond street tube, Selfridge's, and all oxford street has to offer, yet a simple one block walk and you were welcomed into your own quiet paradise.
i rarely give an all-star review, b/c i am kind of picky. but when walking into a hotel transports one into a beautiful sanctuary, it is worth noting, reviewing, and promoting.
One of my best hotel experiences, the reception manager Mr. Amarnath Singh was very welcoming and made sure the check-in was fast and easy. The staff are very friendly and they do their best to make sure that all your needs are met.
The location and cleanliness of the hotel is perfect.
Oda büyüklüğü ve kahvaltı
Pencereleri açılmıyordu. Odada bir koku vardı. Halılar eskimiş.
My husband and I are extremely pleased with our stay at The Mandeville Hotel two weeks ago. This was our fourth stay at the hotel, and we will definitely return in the summer. The favorable location of the hotel at the heart of London's West End, together with the friendly and courteous staff members and clean and comfortable rooms, has made our stay most pleasant and memorable. We are so happy to have once again chosen The Mandeville Hotel for our stay in London.
Beautiful presented
Good size room
Spotless
Mini bar was extortionate
Lifts ageing and slow
Weird lighting that meant you had to kill the master switch by the door to actually have darkness and then couldn't use the lamp
المكان جميل والفندق نظيف والموظفين جدا حبوبيين ومساعدين
كل شي عجبني
Excellent location. The staff were very courteous Clean with good facilities.
Very good stay only point would be disappointed that there was no alternative to the pork sausage and bacon at breakfast.
The location
The hotel manager handled problems poorly
