The location of the hotel is excellent. Marleybone High Street has a superb selection of shops and restaurants all within an easy walk. A place where locals shop. The location is not busy and yet it is only a few minutes walk from Oxford Street. The staff are welcoming and go the extra mile to ensure you have a good stay. Reception and the Concierge staff deserve a special mention for their excellent service. Our twin room was as advertised on their website so we were happy. We did not have breakfast as there were some interesting breakfast venues nearby.
We had no complaints.

Ubicación excelente, además de estar en una zona de Londres céntrica, con tiendas, bares, restaurantes, tiendas, museos, etc, está al lado de la estación de metro Bond Street, que tiene linea directa con Heathrow, ideal. El servicio excelente, nos dejaron hacer el check in a las 9 de la mañana, sin cargo alguno.

Pillows weren’t of great quality. We did then ask for an extra one which helped a little but they could do with new pillows. They’re too flat or lumpy and no support or comfort
