Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

I return time and again to this hotel because it is in a good location for shops, Wigmore Hall, and the Wallace Collection. All the staff are charming and Nikita and Razvan have been particularly helpful on a number of occasions. The rooms I have stayed in are comfortable and quiet and the breakfast buffet has a wide choice, with possibility of ordering freshly cooked eggs or omelettes.
I tried out the Reform Grill this time and enjoyed a late lunch of fish and chips!

Great service at the Mandeville Hotel
Pros:

Checking in we received a warm welcome and excellent service from Nikita who also checked us out at the end of a two night stay. At breakfast we were given every assistance in a busy restaurant. We also took a late lunch on our arrival which was most welcome as it poured with rain outside.

Stayed there because of my daughters wedding and we all had a great 2 days.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, alot of food to choose from, all staff i encountered were very polite and friendly .
Would most definitely stay there again.

Cons:

I have no complaints.

Wonderful Service by Nikita

I had a wonderful experience at the Mandeville Hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the receptionist Nikita. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and she went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made me feel genuinely welcome. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!!

A friendly Boutique property, very well located.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. In particular Dhruv and Nikita — the two staff persons I interacted with — were very helpful. The concierge was also extremely helpful. Excellent location. Close to good restaurants, within five minutes walk. Clean property. We furnished.

Great staff, pity about the decor.
Pros:

Exceptionally nice and friendly staff. Genuinely noteworthy staff .

Cons:

The decor was extremely garish and it was difficult to relax in an environment with so many clashing and conflicting patterns and colours .

Get some new wallpaper and lightshades and I'd be back soon

amazing experience
Pros:

The location of the hotel is beautiful, breakfast was amazing but what really made the hotel stand out was the staff. Hospitality is an art and the team at the Mandeville has mastered it.
