Love this hotel.
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful with the carparking situation. As I am disabled.we were allowed to park on the hill outside the hotel.

Cons:

There isn't enough carpark spaces but with the location of the hotel it cannot be helped. The breakfast had some faults like tbe lack of tables because they were taking people fron outside the hotel.

A useful place to stay, very close to heart of London
Pros:

Good location, equidistant (800yds) between two tubes. Very warm welcome. Good bar/restaurant. Parking. Clean.

Cons:

Room was too small. Exec lounge was poor in terms of comfort, food offerings and disinterested staff. Floor 3 picks up the noise from the tube lines.

Cons:

I was given a room on the 8th floor, which I initially considered a positive. However, it soon became clear that a rooftop generator runs continuously and produces significant noise. Additionally, although there are two elevators, one was out of service for the duration of my stay.

Excellent location for London and clean and comfy.
Pros:

Super location for London visit with very close proximity to tube (underground). If you have Marriott status - congrats as the Lounge serves terrific food from 5pm to 7pm - it was enough for dinner plus complimentary wine and beer. Although Lounge doesn't serve breakfast - the coffee is open 24/7. Rooms are large and very clean. Quiet and restful sleep.

I’m a marriot bonvoy member, It was great , until the day I lost my money in the room.
Pros:

It’s near to Gloucester Road, shops, restaurants, Gloucester Road tube station, and walking distance to High Street Kensington near to m&s & boots. The room is clean, and they provide a nespresso machine.

I like that they provide free coffee and cookies in the room and at the lobby. The staffs were friendly, but the main door was locked after 12am.

Cons:

I think most hotel WiFi cybersecurity hacked my phone when I am staying at the hotel. The room next door 502 could be trespassing I think a stalker might have stolen my money.

A great choice
Pros:

A really nice hotel in a great location with very friendly staff. Rooms are well furnished and the hotel restaurant and bar is well worth a visit. Overall very much recommend.
