15-19 Nisan 2026 için 4 gece rezervasyon yaptım. Rezervasyonum onaylandı hatta tesisle mailleştik ve teyit verdiler. 15 Nisan da otele gittiğimde otelimiz müsait değil sizi yolun karşısında Xenia otelde misafir edeceğiz dediler. Ben kabul etmedim ama odamı başkasına sattıklarını bu yüzden boş oda olmadığını başka seçeneğim olmadığını söyleyip beni başka otelde kalmaya zorladılar. Ben 22 m2 King beds exetive oda rezerve etmiştim. Sonra bana 1 gece için karşı otelde sonra Marriott ta kalabileceğimi söylediler. Ben seyahatim kısıtlı neden taşınma ve giriş çıkış zorluğu yaşayım dedim. Başka seçenek yok deyip zorladılar. Ben Polis çağıracağımı dolandırıldığımı düşündüğümü, psikolojimin bozulduğunu, seyahatimin zehir olduğunu bu stresi yaşamak zorunda olmadığımı söyledim. Ancak Polis arayacağım esnada bana telafi edici seçenek sundular. Xenia otelde 1 gece için ücret almayacaklarını, kahvaltı ikram edeceklerini ve sonraki 3 gece için “King Suite” upgride yapacaklarını söylediler. Ben 1 saat kaybettikten, stres ve kaygı yaşadıktan sonra bu teklifi yaptılar. Psikolojim altüst oldu. Mecburen kabul ettim kalan günleri King Suit konaklarım diye düşündüm.
Xenia otelde 5m2 tabut gibi bir odada kaldım yatak o kadar kısaydı ki yorgan yere düşüyordu. Ertesi gün geldiğimde bu kez bana standart oda hazırladıklarını söylediler. Ben King Suite söz verdiniz dedim. Hayır King beds dedik dediler. Benim rezervasyonum zaten King bed dedim. Yine 1 saat tartışma yaşadık benim stresim iyice arttı. 1 saat sonra tamam junior Suite verelim dediler.
2 gün büyük stres yaşadıktan sonra kalan günlerim de kötü geçmesin diye mecburen kabullenmek zorunda kaldım.
Odamı başkasına sattılar ve beni mağdur ettiler. 2 günüm çok kötü geçti. Telafi edici bir teklifi sunmadılar. Polis arama noktasına kadar işi taşıdılar. 46 yaşındayım Afrika dan Amerika’ya birçok ülkeye onlarca kez seyahat ettim bu kadar kötü niyetli ve standart dışı yönetilen bir otel görmedim.

Nice hotel but infuriating bathroom door
Pros:

Nice shower and beds

Cons:

The bathroom door closes by itself every time and they are not supposed to give door stoppers. (They made the showers open style which gives them steam risk if someone showers with the door open but then they force us to have self-closing door. Wrong choice!) It’s infuriating.!

Terrible rude doorman
Pros:

I was in a taxi and had to stop for a quick bathroom break at the Marriott. Being a long time Marriott member (lifetime Titanium for reference) I’ve always found the staff welcoming. But there was a doorman that was so rude to me and the taxi driver. It publicly displays 10 mins waiting time and we were there for 5 mins. When I came out he berated us. You can always speak nicely but no need to use vulgar words against the driver and myself

If you like quiet rooms, that’s not for you. Pictures.
Pros:

It was dirty. See pictures.

Cons:

Room in not soundproof. The corridor is very narrow, and the rooms are next to each other with old doors that every time opens and close releases loud noise that can heard loud. Every details around the room can be heard inside it Maintenance, vacuuming, and everything happening outside the room. I didn’t have good sleep, especially at mornings.

Loved staying her for my trip.
Pros:

Proximity to the tube and the gym facilities are excellent . Sainsburys is also close by so it was easy to buy groceries.
