Pros:

Easy access to all parts of London. Clean and open the staff went above and beyond for us and made our anniversary special

Terrible rude doorman
Pros:

I was in a taxi and had to stop for a quick bathroom break at the Marriott. Being a long time Marriott member (lifetime Titanium for reference) I’ve always found the staff welcoming. But there was a doorman that was so rude to me and the taxi driver. It publicly displays 10 mins waiting time and we were there for 5 mins. When I came out he berated us. You can always speak nicely but no need to use vulgar words against the driver and myself

If you like quiet rooms, that’s not for you. Pictures.
Pros:

It was dirty. See pictures.

Cons:

Room in not soundproof. The corridor is very narrow, and the rooms are next to each other with old doors that every time opens and close releases loud noise that can heard loud. Every details around the room can be heard inside it Maintenance, vacuuming, and everything happening outside the room. I didn’t have good sleep, especially at mornings.

Loved staying her for my trip.
Pros:

Proximity to the tube and the gym facilities are excellent . Sainsburys is also close by so it was easy to buy groceries.

Great front desk staff!
Pros:

Fatima, at the front desk, is a gem! When we checked into the hotel, jetlagged, she welcomed us warmly and acknowledged our Marriott status. She asked if she could take a moment to see if there was an upgrade available. We agreed. And were shocked when she checked us into a presidential suite. Separate living room, dining room, sleeping quarters and a bathroom with a tub and separate shower. What a beautifully designed room. Very spacious! Fatima went above and beyone!

Love this hotel.
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful with the carparking situation. As I am disabled.we were allowed to park on the hill outside the hotel.

Cons:

There isn't enough carpark spaces but with the location of the hotel it cannot be helped. The breakfast had some faults like tbe lack of tables because they were taking people fron outside the hotel.

A useful place to stay, very close to heart of London
Pros:

Good location, equidistant (800yds) between two tubes. Very warm welcome. Good bar/restaurant. Parking. Clean.

Cons:

Room was too small. Exec lounge was poor in terms of comfort, food offerings and disinterested staff. Floor 3 picks up the noise from the tube lines.
