Parking was easy, service interactions were good. Tv was tiny and pillows were weak.
We had to switch rooms 3 times. Trash stuck to bed in first one, hair all over bed in second. The last rooms shower drained slow be didn’t notice that till the morning of our first night.

The location was the best thing about the Fairfield
The room felt “wet” like super humid. The floor, chair, bed, and the towels all felt like they were damp but it was late and I have two little ones under 4 to try to move to a different room. The elevator was almost broke.

Everything is good in this hotel, Marriot brand is competing well with Hampton.
Shame on Fairfield for not reimbursing me for a canceled hotel stay for one night. Due to bereavement and flight cancellation. It’s my understanding from Expedia that Fairfield could’ve refunded me due to the bereavement issue, but chose not to. Fairfield will not receive my business in the future.

Stayed here prevously. Nice property. Easy access. Pretty quiet. Decent hotel breakfast. Will stay again.
The location is decent, safe area being in Lees Summit and a parking was super easy. As soon as we walked into the hotel, there was a musty, wet odor, the hotel is very dated at this point and it's quite evident. The ac in the room only worked if we cranked it down to 60, we reserved the room for 4 people and only had 3 towels, the tv didn't work so my spouse played handyman and eventually got it to work for a little while. Pool was grimey and old, we had to wait 1.5 hours for them to wash towels, hot tub was out of commission too. Towels and rags were not refreshed during the stay, the afternoon staff was rude when we requested clean towels and the rate for a room of this caliber was insane. Over $200/night for this, at a Marriott brand hotel no less, is just unacceptable. I could have and should have booked with Hilton on the nicer side of town for those rates. I do want to mention, the morning staff for the breakfast and the front desk were delightful and extremely helpful.

Bathtub bottom felt curved and needed to be re-done. Window was thin enough you could hear traffic as though the window was partially open.
