Airplanes taking off every 15 minutes

Bedroom was fine.
Elevator was broken. Shower did not have hot water. Some of the lights in the room did not work.
Close to airport.
The elevator was broken. They notified me the day we arrived. They should have discounted the costs for anyone not staying on the first floor. We were toting 50 pound suitcases up and down flights of stairs. There was absolutely one person on duty. She was apparently taking care of the hotel alone. No one on front desk consistently.
Affordable, breakfast is great. We are familiar with the property. Location is clean, safe and pet friendly without over pricing. We will continue to choose this place and area to stay with our little doggie!!

The entire hotel had no hot water and no working elevator.
Since there was no hot water, I decided to look at a different hotel but booking through booking.com made it very difficult to get a refund and book somewhere else. I still don’t know if I will get refunded for this hotel stay even though the hotel recommended we stay somewhere else.
Rooms looks nice
Bed was so hard and feather pillows were too soft.

Everything was good, a decent breakfast included in the good price, staff very attentive and room was clean.

The location to the airport was perfect
The elevator was broken, we had to walk the stairs to the 3rd floor; there was no hot water for a shower ( shower curtain was so high off the floor that water went everywhere); the carpet in our bedroom was completely wet on one side of the room; the only good thing for breakfast was waffles ( even though no spray was provided to cook them)
The staff was really nice.
Complimentary Shuttle was broke and the booking said 24 hr shuttle to the airport but I ended up having to pay for it. The elevator was down so I had to walk up stairs with luggage and they didn’t offer someone to help. The shower only had cold water.
Clean room, bed and breakfast were decent
The staff upon arrival was horrible. Got the feeling she didn’t want to be there. The elevator was out so I had to carry my big bag up the stairs as I arrived at 6:45PM and the person to help left at 6PM. As I reached the top of the stairs a couple was coming down and they said You know you could have left your bag downstairs, they will watch … did she not offer that? NO she didn’t.
While I was aware the location was near the airport, I was not aware it was by a huge parking facility which generated a lot of traffic.
I definitely don’t feel this hotel matched what I paid. Very disappointed.
