Perfect for what we wanted

Good location, clean, pleasant rooms, friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast disappointing for the price paid. Cooked option bland and not warm on arrival. Continental option limited. Toaster and ready sliced bread would be better and more hygienic than the hard loafs on offer.

Pros:

Incredible location!!! Literally was able to walk all London from there and take the metro which had few close stations when I got tired. Amazing cafes around. Everyone I met in the area, and the staff, were so kind and warm. I felt very safe there and the hotel room was beautiful and comfortable. The air conditioning was incredible, there were like 35°C outside and inside I was freezing.

Cons:

The only thing I would change is adding more water for the guests- it was so hot when I arrived I literally drank every 2 seconds. So having more water around without bothering the staff all the time or going to the shop would have been great. Also our tv was kinda possessed, it turned on and off whenever it wanted, but wasn’t a big deal for us.

Great location, friendly staff!
Pros:

Great room, comfortable bed and fluffy towels!

Price for one night was very high. Also, bathroom tile had a bit of mould

A lovely hotel and excellent value for money
Pros:

The staff were the stand out for me! Every single member of staff went above and beyond. Greeted with a smile every time. Especially the kind man that stored our cases for us and generally cared about our day.

Cons:

The rooms are lovely decorated but slightly on the small side. Not a problem for a small break but would consider staying somewhere else if I was staying for a week etc.

All good just what we hoped for
Pros:

The room was ok in size no room to put a suitcase holder which is disappointing,the bathroom was tight. But everything we expected was there. Shame the lifts were switched off for maintenance in the morning when most people check out.

Room size is all ways an issue in London the location is good just slightly bigger rooms would make this hotel stand out from the crowd
