Schönes Hotel an guter Lage (nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss von der U-Bahnststion ).
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat in Gehdistanz viele Cafés, Pubs und Restaurants sowie Shopping Möglichkeiten.
Die A/C im Eingang/Lobby/Bar Bereich war für meinen Geschmack zu kühl eingesetellt. Aber das ist eine persönliche Präferenz.
Ansonsten alles top.

Das Zimmer war angenehm gross, sehr sauber, gute Betten. Das Badezimmer ausreichend gross. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Die Fenster gegen Süden sind etwas ringhörig. Lärmempfindliche Personen könnten von den frühmorgentlichen Entsorgungsarbeiten geweckt werden (und hoffentlich gleich wieder einschlafen).
I loved this property’s location, and the beds were so comfortable I slept like a rock here (and I often have major issues sleeping anywhere, so that’s huge for me and anyone who sleeps lightly). I was ending a three week long tour of Europe here and wanted to leave on a high note, and this hotel largely helped achieve my goal. The fit and finish to the rooms is also quite good; things feel appropriately plush and housekeeping did a great job keeping things feeling clean and fresh. The AC unit in my second room was great - very crisp and cool, ideal for an unseasonably warm spring. I didn’t get a chance to try their breakfasts as I prefer my own spots in Marylebone but the menu looked pretty good and I did regularly see people in the dining room. The TV was good, lots of channels, and the in-room amenities, like a good hair dryer and full-size ironing board, were much appreciated.
My first impression was very poor. My initial room was very small and hot (AC didn’t seem to work) and the walls were so thin I could hear the people next door speak at a normal level as if they were in the room, which quickly turned unpleasant when they started having very loud sex that made me feel like I was intruding. When I explained this and enquired about a new room, the concierge immediately showed attitude and nonchalance as if she didn’t care one way or the other about my comfort. She did get me a new room which was much improved, but the first half hour of my stay was quite sour thanks to my subpar room and the staff’s bizarre attitude. I also saw this same staff member roll her eyes at another guest’s request for fresh towels, and I also witnessed her gossiping about guests behind their backs, which I felt was quite mean spirited.
How close everything was! The staff were brilliant nice & clean, comfortable & quite at night
Service charge per drink & could have a bit more choice in hot drinks in the room & cold drinks, sparkling water.
